What's the point of my brother making the reservation in my name if he had to still come up in person to pay for the room?

Parking lot has lots of light. rooms were clean sheets still had fold creases. no musty carpet smell. Bathroom was throughly clean.

the room itself seemed remodeled and updated and I like there is no carpet, but there were hairs on the toilet, spots, hair, dirt in the covers/pillows. it wasn’t bad enough I complained but bad enough I sent a video to someone. I just didn’t feel it was 100% clean.

The bed was nicely made and cofmy.

The bathroom was trashed. There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the sink. I can't believe they called this clean. When I spoke to the manager about it they told me to talk to the day manager when checking out. The day manager then passed the buck back to the night manager. I'd really like a partial refund at least.

the property was an excellent location near the State Fair! my grandson joined us and I needed to have 2 beds instead of a king. the manager at the desk was very obliging to help me. I’m glad they had the room available.

It was very run down. the plaster and wallpaper were peeling. there was chipping in the bath tub.. room felt musty..the price was too high for the condition of the property.

Ok, every thing went wrong. When I booked the room I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A ROOM DOWN STAIRS, ok I get there, I told the girl I had a reservation and she looked me up and everything was going ok. She never asked me anything about the reservation she charges me credit card and then she gives me the room upstairs, I told her THATS NOT WHAT I REQUESTE. There was a young guy with her and said when you book on line is not a Guarantee. Do they cancel my order and started a new walk in customer fir a diffrent room. She charged me $$823.63 Then we got locked inside the room, the door handle was messed up and I couldn’t open the door, had to call front desk to come open it for me. We got moved to a different room, I stay there Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night the room never got cleaned one single day that I was there I think this is so ridiculous and stupid. I am so disappointed with La Quinta Inn I can guarantee you I will never never ever stay in La Quinta Inn ever again.
