It seemed to be maintained for the most part and they let me check in early.

There weren’t a ton of amenities and the price was a bit too high for the quality. Lots of rules - like you literally couldn’t get another towel unless you turned one in…and there was spaghetti in the back of the coffee pot. Stove didn’t work very well. Staff was ok - not extremely friendly but sufficient I guess.

Our bathroom light went out and we called for someone to come and fix it, but there was no one to fix it, and I end up slipping in the tub

Our room was not clean and I hate to say but it look like it had bed bugs that they tried to treat...I moved the mattress and dirt and dead bugs on platform and crease of headboard...I look down near the nightstand and it was dirty between bed and stand..also a staff called me and was changing my room to a king bed when I got there it was a double bed..I went to Walmart and got spray because they had a sign that said no vacancies....and I could not afford to leave and get another room at a different location...

Beds sliding around on the frame is horrible and holding your employees to a higher standard is a must. The lady that checked me in lied to my face by telling me that there were no rooms available even though I checked availability before showing up. When I asked her if she can check she just kept telling me that "we don't have anything". So, I went outside and booked the room which took about 10 minutes, she argued with me that I didn't have a reservation even after showing her my confirmation number. After a short period of time I said fine I will call corporate she then told me to hold on and magically my reservation just pops up. I would've gave her the benefit of the doubt if there was a computer error or something like that, but it seemed like she just didnt want to do her job especially when she couldve just booked me a room from the start. Horrible customer service and lazy initiative on her end.
