Pues el desayuno esta feito. Y en los 3 dias de estancia, en ningun momento nos limpiaron el cuarto.

Very clean rooms. Was hoping for joining rooms for family and I and that is exactly what they gave us. Real happy

The rooms were clean and we had parking close to our room. The location was great, everything is close.

The pool was close. Not too many options for breakfast, needs more

Bathroom dirty. Mold on ceiling. Bad electrical. Swimming pool closed. No housekeeping for 8 day stay.

By accident we arrived at another LaQuinta (El Cielo) in El Paso. We asked if it mattered if we stayed there instead of at La Quinta Wyndham. No problem they said. Confident they would arrange it amongst them, we paid there. Notwithstanding our payment there, Wyndham next morning also collected the same amount via Booking.com. We have been trying to get one payment back ever since. They hide and say we have to contact Booking.com for that and the latter so far has not achieved anything for us. Therefore both La Quintas are to be avoided. They are unreliable and Booking.com customers service sucks.

The breakfast time, i think is very short

Breakfast was one of the main reason of low rate, there were not pancakes available, fruit was not fresh, no milk available and I was taking the breakfast at 7:30am. Also the device to lock the door was broken ( room 246) and because of this it makes hard to open and close the door

Breakfast used to be much better in the past when I stayed at La Quinta

I like the size of my suite.

I was on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

The staff was very nice

the water was shut off when i got there and didn’t go back on til 5 hours later couldn’t use the shower or and toilet

At the end of the stay there was not much for breakfast. Missing fruits and waffle Mix for example.

really great location and staff was super kind

The rooms around us were loud. Specifically our room our bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the TV remote didn’t work.

Convenient

Shower not working right, water didn’t drain well in the tub. Remodeling was done in a rush.
