Very clean house with great location on the lake!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was stocked with tons of trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, and random condiments in the fridge luckily because we forgot mustard. The only complaint I would have, which is completely out of the hands of the owners, is that the stretch of water we were on was soooo busy (4th of July week), we hung out on the dock a few days and at the end of it you could feel seasick almost from all of the wakes. I guess another thing was we were worried that the trash hadn’t been picked up from the curb from the previous tenants and we just hoped that no animals would get into our bags that were stacked on top of the bins.

We enjoyed the house and out time on the lake. Really appreciated the use of the kayaks without charge. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. Michelle was great and responded right away to anything that came up. Hoping to go back soon!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the lake. Michelle was very helpful and wonderful to work with, providing us with a very nice home and worry free vacation. The house was perfect size for us with everything we needed in a nice quiet area. We will definitely be looking to stay here again soon!

Well appointed house on great part of the lake. Boat lift was a nice bonus. Didn’t use them but had some great outdoor space/decks with awesome lake views. Quiet. Clean. All the amenities one would need. Great communication. Will stay again.

We could not have asked for a more perfect cabin for our group’s long weekend visit. Our hosts went out of their way to welcome us, and the cabin was well appointed with everything we needed. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The extra touches by our hosts really knocked this one out of the ball park. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet cabin perfectly situated on a beautiful lake.

The host was great to communicate with. The location was great. Quiet and peaceful. Only complaint was when making coffee the 1st morning there, the coffee and filter from previous guest was still in there and moldy as well as coffee in the pot. There was also a k cup left in the single cup coffee maker. Upon checking to make sure we hadnt left anything under the bed. Found a half used water bottle (not from us bec it wasnt the brand we use) and a baby binkie (also not ours bec we left our kids at home for weekend getaway).
Otherwise it was great. No other complaints. The neighbor dog Costa was so sweet and adorable. Caught a few fish off the dock. Would for sure considered a repeat visit in the future if we are ever up that way again.

My girls and I took our annual trip and this home was perfect. The outdoor living area was so nice in the evening to have dinner and watch the sunset. The dock was great for the kids and they were easily able to get in and out of the lake with the ladder that was a part of the dock. Everything was well maintained and we look forward to next year.

This house ended up being the ideal spot for my long weekend hiking get away. The house was comfortable and the host had all the bases covered. The location on the lake is very charming and so relaxing. We did not have to worry about a thing. Thanks for a great spot to rest, relax, and recharge.

This house was very clean, well-stocked, and cozy. I, my husband and 3 adult children had a wonderful time fishing, cooking and playing games. The view of the lake is excellent! My girls enjoyed the sunshine on the three decks and also on the dock. The many steps down to the dock might be hard for older people. Overall, the house was perfect for us! We would definitely rent it again.

Checkin was easy and host was most helpful linking us with a boat rental for a day. We had a relaxing time. Lots of steps down to the lake but we knew that from the pictures. Only downside is that there are no railings along the stairs going from the second floor down to the lower level and we didn’t identify that from the pictures. We were there in April but it would be fun to go back in warmer weather.

Dock was great for sitting in the sun and watching the day go by while listening to the sounds of the lake.

I've stayed in many, many VRBO listings hands down this was one of the cleanest, most well stocked houses I've ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Beautiful views and well appointed house. 5 stars for sure.

We had a bit of a rainy weekend, but the property was lovely. Check in was a breeze and Kyle was great to work with! Highly recommend this property! We brought our 18 month old and had to keep a close eye on him given the stair situation, check out the pictures, they are accurate so we knew what it was going to be. Thanks for a great time!

We went there to fish, nice dock on the lake to keep the boat in the water while we were there, the marina was a little bit of a drive away but not too bad, overall we really liked this place

This place is amazing. There were 4 of us work friends who wanted to get away for the weekend and do some outdoor activities. The lake house is beautiful and just as described. We kayaked for a few hours in the morning, then had lunch at Whiffle Boy's Pizza in Goreville before going hiking at Ferne Clyffe State Park. It's a beautiful area. We will definitely plan this again. Kyle and Alex were great to work with!

This cabin fit our needs perfect. There were 4 adults, one that had a baby. So one couple stayed in one of the bedrooms and had enough room for the playpen. Then the other couple took the other room. We had a 14 year old, 9 year old and 5 year old. The girls slept on the futon and the 14 year old slept on the couch and there was still another futon. This place was stocked with everything you could need. It was such a relaxing time with a beautiful view to go with it. The owners were always available and very easy to communicate with. Great trip!
