I like the bed, and the breakfast.

I did not like that my shower door was not probably adjusted. It looks like it was backwards it did not open all the way. I had to squeeze my way through. Which is not funny. I did not take pictures. I was in room 918. I did not like when I first arrived that I had to go back downstairs with all my personal belongings so they could redo my key be cause it wouldn't work. I thought I would be accommodated and I was not the restaurant was not open on Wednesday or Thursday. I was very disappointed I wanted to really relax. Instead I had to go out and purchase things. I did not like people behavior or attitudes when I was leaving a worker who works there stated p**** pussy it was a black guy with dreads and another white guy got into the elevator. And valley and front desk were snickering behind my back. I did not know I had to do a quick checkout? I did not check out because I thought I could have just leave . I Departed before check out time around 11:40 Please check with the valet for information. Breakfast is not start on time. Supposed to be ready for 6:00 a.m. I was told that I could not get a prorated refund because I was dealing with a third party. Therefore I would not be booking with booking.com again. My stay at the hotel was not as they marketed to me.

Affordable, relatively clean and convenient to the location of the activity that took me to Charlotte.

Parking was a little pricey.
