The location is great. All you have to do is cross the street and you are at the beach. We had a side view ocean room that was an efficiency. It had a very small kitchen, which included a half size refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a sink and plates/cutlery/glasses/pans. The beds were pretty comfortable. The pillows were smaller shaped and a little bit odd, but they did just fine. The climate controls worked wonderfully. On one occasion, we needed a repair in the room and it was done almost immediately. My only concern was that housekeeping never came to our room. We stayed for five nights. We had to call to get new towels. We had to actually go out to buy a broom to sweep the sand out that we brought in. We had to buy trash bags to put our trash outside of the door to be taken out. In the beginning of the trip, I noted that we weren’t getting any housekeeping, but that never changed. On the day before we left, I mentioned again that we never saw housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping does come to the rooms. If housekeeping knocks and you were there, they will come in to give you new towels and take out the trash. If you don’t answer, they don’t come in. It seems counterintuitive to me, but what can I do. This is our second year staying there. The first year, housekeeping was never a problem. It’s very possible that they were understaffed, it’s also possible that policies changed between now and then. I’ve only stayed in four hotels room in the last 15 years, so my bar might be set a bit too high. I would go back again next year to stay, but this time I would bring a stick vacuum. All in all, it was a successful stay. I would recommend this place. Every single employee that we ran into was cheerful and helpful. You don’t get that everywhere.

Location, atmosphere and staff were absolutely amazing!

Was not as clean as it could’ve been. Hair was on the towels in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder had so much rust, definitely needs to be replaced.

I absolutely enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, very clean, great location, quiet. I will definitely be booking my next beach trip here.

I didn’t have any complaints at all. Very exceptional hotel.

No one on staff after 10:30 Did not provide Wi-Fi password and no way to get in to get ice after 11:00. Pm Locked out of common area. Breakfast was supposed to be available for a few but was not. Had to give a $150. Damage deposit which they give back after several days if you don’t damage.
