The staff members are really nice! The breakfast is really nice as well:)

Room was basic but provided everything I needed. It was clean and most importantly warm which was great for when I got back from -20 degree hikes. Location was great as it was easy to drive to anywhere from the airport to downtown. The staff was very friendly too. Overall I thought it was a great value for the price

No major downsides. Just don't expect anything fancy. The website says it has breakfast and while some basic food is provided in the morning, I found it much more helpful to grab it as snacks for later in the day and go to a local place for actual breakfast.

I really appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. When we landed, we called the hotel and the nice gentleman at reception came to pick us up in less than 10 min. With -38 celsius and at 3 AM, it was so important to have a comfortable way to get to the hotel! I also liked the little breakfast buffet: nothing fancy, but it was just what we needed!

I would probably have a warmer blanket on the bed for people that don't really enjoy blasting the heater (like me). That being said, we weren't cold. The rooms are small but that was okay for one night.

Personable staff. Amazing! I arrived early coming from another hotel but they completely tried to make me feel comfortable. Awesome staff! Awesome bed, just awesome for a single seasonal worker/traveler. Crystal

Property is clean and the front desk who assisted us was very accommodating and helpful.

It has no complimentary water or coffee in the room. I hope they will add it on the amenities.

The walls in the room were filthy. No one should be allowed into that room until it's repainted.

it was convenient to the airport and a good price. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They even had a free shuttle to the airport.
