It’s super tiny small, neighbors are very loud.

The location was excellent and the studio was really clean. it was great to find somewhere that accommodated 5 people within our budget.

We hardly dared touch the cupboard and wardrobe doors as they looked and felt like they were about to fall off.

Easy to get to. Great location. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The host provided some basics like coffee, paper towels, but was missing a few other basics that might be included like salt and pepper, tea, and maybe some condiments. It was not advertised but it would be a simple but basic add on to make it nicer and cost very little. Not dinging for this as it was a nice bonus to have some coffee on arrival and I was glad to see they did that. We paid $5 per bag to hold for 3 hours. A bit much IMHO but it was nice that the service was offered. Most other locations would do this for free. Little add on charges can make an attractive price be not as attractive. The room was clean.

Although the room was clean, the hallway, elevator, laundry room, meeting area, etc., were all a bit dirty and had a small sewer smell in some areas including the hall outside our room. The AC filter needed changing and the coffee pot did not work. Everything else was terrific.

Great location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Host was very good with communication.

This accommodation is amazing. The location is spectacular. If you are on a budget or in NYC for a short stay, this is the perfect fit!

Location cannot be beat! You are literally in the heart of the city with all major attractions being within walking distance. The subway is also only a few steps from our doorstep. The little kitchenette is sufficient for small meals or snacks and was equip with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get hold of if we had any questions.

If you are a group of adults, the space is small but again what the property lacks in size it makes up for in location.
