The management were super friendly and made check-in and check-out easy and pleasant. I could tell they’ve made some updates and are trying to continue to keep the older property nice.
The bed was not very comfortable. I honestly think that would be my only complaint.

The McGregor Inn was exactly as listed on the website. No complaints whatsoever. It was spotless and room included a mini-fridge with a freezer, working a/c and soap and shampoo. On-site owners were extremely friendly and welcoming and gave me access to the room early. There was a bar/restaurant right across the street which was very convenient, and three recommended restaurants within a short distance. I was there for only one night (very short stay), but would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

The innkeepers were nice and helpful. The room was clean. The motel was quiet and in a rustic location. There was a microwave and fridge. We could park in front of our room.
The room and bath were very small. The bed was not particularly comfortable. My husband said his bed had a spring that poked him. Electrical outlets were strange—upside down in the bathroom, near the ceiling in the room.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with fresh towels provided daily , microwave and nice sized refrigerator.

We did not stay for breakfast. The people were very nice and helpful.
Our only complete was that we could not get the television to work. The remote did not work. It was Kate so did not bother anyone.

Good location as it was well out of SS and in a less congested area. Room was small--but it had everything I needed and everything worked. Room looked recently freshly painted. Only 10 units, all in a row--so you could park directly in front of your room! Was originally going to stay at a hotel directly in SS but could not get on-line site to finalize reservation. I was able to reserve at McGregor for $100 LESS PER NIGHT than the original site (and most everything else I was looking at either had no rooms available or was as expensive or much more)--so I saved $200 staying at McGregor. I would stay there again and highly recommend. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Shower is only a stall--watch your elbows! Soda machine not working, my only complaint--I somehow lived through it.

This room was perfect for our one night in town to see a show at SPAC. The owners were extremely welcoming and gave us some helpful tips for our stay. The room was nice and clean and the coffee in the morning was a bonus! We hope to return.
There was nothing about this stay that we did not like!

I have to tell you and we travel a lot and go into a lot of hotels and motels this is one of the top cleanest hotel room we have been in and the husband and wife that owns it are very nice I recommend coming and staying overnight at this hotel excellent clean room
