The room was very clean, particularly for a smoking room.

Lack of towels, the bathroom light/fan was so loud you could not keep a conversation going, and there were not enough towels.

The room was exceptionally clean for a smoking room. There was no trace, like tacky surfaces and just a moderate odor of smoke in the room. As a smoker who travels frequently, this room was maintained well. However, there were no blankets, just the bedspread, which is a bit unhygienic in general. The office staff were pleasant and accommodating.

There were no toiletries other than tiny bars of soap. The bare minimum amount of towels. Not enough for 2 people for 2 showers. We had to hang dry the towels to use again in the morning. The recessed lighting was so bright, I thought I would get a suntan. There were no dimmer switches in the room.

There was no breakfast. Linen -sheets were clean and white. Shower curtain clean.

Siink - hair from shaving under lip of sink, shower floor sticky and long black hairs. Floor - some small pieces of debris and sticky. Mirror has spots on it. Refrigerator - dust n the cabinet of the refrigerator Wall by Bath - had drips of something on it. Pillow cases - Gray and some dark spots on two of three. Office - first appearances count; needs an update

Nothing, the entire stay was a disappointment. I reserved the smoking king room, never got a king bed, they tried 4 different rooms, each one was dirty and disgusting. I eventually just gave up and stayed because there are no refunds, and the old woman told me to stop complaining, I said I’m the customer I’m allowed to complain if I’m not happy. Don’t stay here

Everything. The carpets were filthy, not vacuumed, the mattress were all stained, the sheets were dirty, the place is falling apart. This place absolutely sucks in every way, please DON’T stay there.
