Abgesehen von der Lage gibt es nichts positives
ACHTUNG: hier werden Resort Fees von 110€ (3 Tage) berechnet, die in Top auf den Zimmerpreis kommen! Das ist leider im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich und wird einem erst beim einchecken gesagt. Daher bietet das Hotel auch keine kostenlose Stornierung an.
Die Zimmer sind leider schmutzig und schlecht bis garnicht geputzt (Flecken in der Toilette, Krümel und Staub auf dem Boden).
Das Bett quietscht bei jedem umdrehen was aber angesichts der Hellhörigkeit und der Lage der Zimmer direkt Wand an Wand mit der Bar das kleinere Übel waren.
Bitte bucht woanders!!! Leider können wir die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Muy buena ubicación, tienes cerca un supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes de comida rápida, a 2 cuadras de la playa pública, también puedes entrar por un tiki bar que esta al lado del supermercado es un hotel y puedes tomarte algo, disfrutar ahí también
Las habitaciones son pequeñas para miami, que deba avisar para hacer el aseo, pero en general bien

Stay far away. I should have read the reviews and hope you do. Sheets filthy, cockroaches and musty smell. People hanging in front of the hotel smoking that looked like they did not stay at the hotel

Room overlooked garbage bin. Single elevator to all rooms. Water pressure was horrible and water temperature was far too low, just got luke warm.

I really enjoyed the location. It’s close to the beach & good restaurants. The pool water was warm & enjoyable the whole time we were there. We really took advantage of it. Also, the manager & staff were very helpful & accommodating.

The staff was wonderful. We showed up at 11, after getting a cruise. Needed one night. The reception personnel found us a room so we could check in early for $20. Which we were extremely grateful for. And she booked us a shuttle to airport for 5am. Very reasonable cost of $35.
Our room was street side, no very noisy.
Location is about a mile or two from public beach entrance.
A bit pricey but hey, it's Fort Lauderdale in the spring.
Did not use the pools. But the looked ok.

It is a typical budget place. So I did not have high expectations
SPRING BREAK. Loud loud loud....we were awaken multiple times throughout the night by loud drunk young people up and down the halls, yelling and playing music.
Bed was comfortable enough. Typical 3 star.
The noisy guests are not really the properties fault.

We booked for two nights. The first night we didnt arrive until midnight due to our lost baggage.the second night on our return to hotel wediscoverthe room was not serviced at all. And by the time we returned they said it was too late to get anything done. So two nights there with no service and no amenities.

I liked the staff. Everyone was nice.
I asked for a late check out and was declined. I think it’s a first come first serve thing but I was not happy about that.
