Room appeared clean. No big issues until we woke up the following morning and found a roach in the bathroom. I'm unable to add a picture but he was on our sink and made his way on top of our ice container by the time I had gotten my phone to take a picture.
Guy at the front desk couldnt have been any nicer.
Still - I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

I was in room 209 and there were bed bugs. The first night I had two bites, the second night 2 more. Then I realized the issue. I had to deal with this issue in my home as well because I brought them back from the hotel.

Workers were friendly upon check in. Room was ok. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet had dried urine on it and not had hairs in tub. We were in second floor and every step the guests took upstairs echoed into our room. They were walking around all night. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Overall it was an okay visit but for over $200 Canadian I was expecting a bit more.

Hotel was good, room had some spots in bathroom that made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned. Like the the bath mat had some spots. Nothing else out of order.

First of all, we were booked for the wrong hotel which wasn't even in Farmington hills, Mi. Second we didn't find out until almost 2 hrs later , and third, the room had a strange odor when we walked in the room, as if someone had been smoking in the room.

A nice hotel to get a away for a couple of days. Wish it was more breakfast options besides biscuits, sausage gravy,sausage,eggs and pancakes but other than that I would go there again

I was put in a room right on the highway at first, though they weren't full. Then next to a group of teenage boys who were having a birthday party (they were not over the top, but they were having fun). The third room hadn't been fully prepped/cleaned for a guest, but I was tired of moving at that point.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but the room was not very clean. There was a bad smell when we arrived, but it cleared after we left the window open for about two hours. We had considered leaving when we entered the room, but after it was aired out, we did not notice the smell again during our two-night stay. The carpeting in the room was very dirty. Our kids’ white socks were black on the bottom. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. The beds and bathroom were clean enough. The free breakfast was nice and offered enough options for the family. It was nothing fancy, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc., but perfect for us.

This place was convenient for me while my husband was in the hospital. I mainly felt safe being awsy from home. The room was fine, but the carpet smelled old. Not sure that the floors were really clean because when I stepped into the shower a lot of black dirt came off of my feet that had been in socks and shoes all day. I have seen much worse accomodations, but I have seen better, too.

Unfortunately my partner and I did not have the best check in experience. I have always used Expedia, paid through them and ahead of time and have never had any problems. Upon checking in June 8th, the woman working at the desk came over from the waiting area and took my id then proceeded to charge us for a room ($150). It wasn’t until after the payment processed that she realized we already paid for the room. It took an awhile for her to speak with someone and to ultimately reverse the payment. It was extremely inconvenient pulling that much AGAIN after already paying for the room. Then, she proceeded to still take the incidental without taking the card and letting us know.

There were several things that didn’t measure up for. I went to take a shower and the shower curtain was missing.
Our comforter didn't close at the end and we had to continually adjust the down filler which lumped up. The room had an unclean smell. The bathroom light over the sink was low in brightness. This room is far brlow the standard we have experienced in traveling.
