It wasn't awful

It definitely wasn't worth the price, not enough parking, pubes in the bath tub.

I really enjoyed staying here . Very clean and great location. Only thing didn't serve breakfast . The lady that checked us in very nice and informative. Thank you Mrs. Jones

Good hotel, but have little problems with cleaning.

Huge stains on cover duvet sheet.

No elevator had stairs only

We stayed two days , and had no room service! No towels or wash rags !

Absolutely nothing.

-Dirty room -replaced room with another dirty room -told me first room wasn’t dirty just stained -rude management and employees -Management told me to “look at it from their point of view bc they know they clean it” ‘ and she had worse experiences at a Hotel’ — The manager came to see the room recognized it was dirty gave me a half apology and started complaining about her worse experiences so I should feel better about this DISGUSTING room -stained curtains -stained bedsheets and comforters -blood stains on carpet -miscellaneous white stains all over chair and ottoman -Yellow and black stains on comforters -Sketchy location -Sketchier Hotel -Did not feel safe -could not stay in my room the first night bc it was TRIFLING and they told me they would still have to charge me for it - EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING -Refused to clean the room! … DIRTY TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS I COULD GO ON The first room was VILE. I have a video but cannot upload it

dirty and didn’t treat there guest like the customer matter sheets where disgusting stains were all over them and they refused to change them even the furniture had stains had to seriously argue with them to switch the room and when they switched the room that room was dirty as well i will never stay with them again

This is a very clean, updated Hotel with easy access being right on Interstate 30 while passing through Fort Worth
