Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful breakfast. Absolutely wonderful . Near the city and the beach, near public transportation, very nice rooms with big balconies. Surely I'll be back next time. Highly recommended ❤

Super friendly staff (receptionist, cleaners, breakfast chefs, pool barman etc). Great location, not too far from shops, city. Very nice pool and sea nearby. People are very polite and respect your needs. Definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Maybe better sound isolation

I arrived really early in the morning and check-in was only after 2 pm, but the employee from reception was very friendly and offered breakfast, also my room was prepared earlier than check-in time. The breakfast was really good with all kinds of food (also local if you like to try local cuisine). The room was really clean, also the pool is big and clean, it was chill to hang out near the pool with books and have a sunbath. The beach is a few steps away and you can take an umbrella and beach chairs with you and then put them back. Our room had a cozy balcony with a sea view so you can sleep under the sound of seawaves.

The location was a bit far away from the city center, but there are still restaurants and big supermarkets nearby, but if you want night activities the bar near the pool is closed after 8 pm, also you can't swim after 8 pm in the pool, so there's not much to do after sunset.

Really enjoyed our time here..Everything was perfect. Huge selection of breakfast every day. They used to bake different cakes on rotation ( orange, walnut/chocolate to name a few). Local cheese, olives etc were there too with cold meat selection, various breads/spreads, juices, tea,coffee, hot cooked veggies, eggs. The location couldn't have been better, a few steps from the Ammoudara beach plus the bus stop to Heraklion central bus station is just round the corner. Walking distance to the centre of Ammoudara where you can find lots of local shops, excursion agents and tavernas. We had a sea and mountain view from first-floor room. The hotel is immaculately clean and room service was provided every day ( fresh new bed sheets, towels, bathroom cleaned, floor swept). Pool is awesome too. Free parking is also available. You can order food too from outside. The hotel allows you to use pool and bathroom facility after check out. There is a storage facility in the hotel too that they allow you to use for your luggage even after you have checked out if you have too much time left between check out and flight timing. The staff were exceptionally smiley-faced, eager to help always. They also kept out takeaway food in their fridge! Highly recommended hotel.

Superb hotel! All staff really helpful and friendly. They were able to easily sort out transfers and a trip to the water park for us. Breakfast was really tasty. Hotel very clean. Bus stop just outside to get to Heraklion. Really decent for the price!

Clean rooms, beach access, good breakfast included and very nice staff! Outside of the main city of Heraklion.

Only stayed one night after visiting Knossos, but the kinda place you wish you planned to stay more. Right on the beach with a private balcony with sea view. Very friendly front desk. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Private parking. Really good restaurant a few doors down. Really could not be more pleased with my stay.

The hotel is right next to the beach wherefrom you can admire the landscape and see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The pool is very nice although we didnct find any time to use it. It is in a quiet location and has a private parking. The breakfast is good and you have plenty of options, including local tastes. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are large. There is in the vicinity one of the best restaurants in Heraklion which made our first days in Crete really tasty and fun. We fully recommend this accomodation for visiting Heraklion.

The double bed has only one sheet that is difficult to be split between 2 persons. Having 2 sheets would be our choice. Our view was over the parking - not really impressive.

Excellent location, next to the beach! Near bus stops, from wich you can go to center, port, bus station! Near big supermarket! Big pool! The room was clean and the staff was friendly!
