Location is good, not far from Kropowka and other sites.
Breakfast is modest but you won't be hungry, it's tasty and nice ))
Begs are very comfortable, rooms are quiet.
The owners are very pleasant people, willing to solve any issues during your stay. Thank you!
Room description is not accurate. Our first room (Deluxe Triple Room) was without a balcony, which was in description. Not all room have mountains view. I would like to ask owners to update room description, please ))
Bathroom has only soap - no shampoo, no shower gel...

Lovely people, superb breakfast, fabulous bedroom, very comfy beds, the staff/family couldn't have been nicer. We're planning another trip to Zakopane to do more trail running in the Tatras - we'll be booking here again next time.
We loved it, we'd definitely stay there again. They didn't have English but we had a translator app on the phone and that worked well. There was nothing bad to say.

The chata meet our exceptations. Breakfast simple but good. Staff very nice.
The beds are not suitable in all rooms.
in triple room, 3 beds available, but in another triple room, double bed two small for two adults and third bed... sofa only.
But if you check the room firstly, the staff willing to change it.

Good breakfast, spacious room, comfy bed, balcony with a great view to the mountains, free car parking space, helpful staff, several convenience stores and many places to eat close by. :)
There were no el.tea-kettle and no fridge in the room (1 fridge and 1 tea-kettle per house floor located in the hall). There was no recycle bin in the room (only 1 in the bathroom). Although the smoking was not allowed in the rooms, we could smell the cigarette smoke with the room window opened. The house is located pretty far from the city center. Not good noise isolation - we had noisy guests on the same floor. Staff do not speak in english.

The rest of the staff was really understanding and pleasant, the place was clean.
Even though it's pet friendly place the owner was unsatisfied that we brought a dog. There was no information about the dog size avalaible. The owner kept telling us how much problem we are causing her with a dog.
It was impossible to talk in english.

It could be a good value for the money and simplicity isn’t always a bad thing.
Smell of cigarettes was the first and last impression. Small things like shower head holder wasn’t there and towels didn’t get change from n time of five days. Breakfast was quite poor.

Very good location. Everything is close - few walking trails and the city center. The room was not hot, which was also pleasant. Tidy and clean room. We delayed checking in for an hour, but the hostess waited and let us check in later, so Thanks for that. Breakfast was practically the same every day, but good, there is plenty of what to choose and it was delicious. Overall we like there.
We had some communication problems because the staff didn't really speak English. So we couldn't really ask anything and it's good that my travel companion understands Russian a little.
It was a little disturbing that could feel well when someone smoked, because the balconies were connected. Then the balcony door had to be closed, but that was our only ventilation. You could also feel it in the hallway, but it didn't bother us, because we didn't stay there
