Iście królewski apartament - freski - bardzo elegancki ogromny pokój z dużą łazienką i wygodnym małżeńskim łóżkiem.

Ulica Floriańska jest bardzo głośna. Zdecydowanie doskwiera brak okien dźwiękoszczelnych w hotelu. Ponadto, dla zmotoryzowanych - brak parkingu to istna zmora. Spa mogłoby być większe z basenem, jacuzzi itp.

The SPA was amazing, we were the only ones there around 5pm, the bed was very comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Very close to the city centre.

W pokoju była ściana nad łóżkiem cała poobijana i obdrapana . Naprawdę . Nigdy nie widziałam czegoś takiego w hotelach tej kategorii . Sądzę że głównie z tego powodu miałam wrażenie nie do końca czystego pokoju . Nie pomagały też w tym meble stare i ciemne - ale nie rzucało się w oczy jakieś ich poobijanie . Śniadanie jest serwowane do stolika i nie jest to dobry pomysł - nie lubię narzuconych produktów a wybrać można tylko danie na ciepło z listy w menu . Na pewno zjadłabym mniej na śniadanie i jedzenie podane na początku jako " zimna płyta " w moim przypadku zmarnowało się . W nocy odgłosy życia nocnego nie pozwalają na otwarcie okna ale to już nie wina hotelu

I have to say the hotel is beautiful and clean with the amazing spa and really tasty breakfast. Location it's exelent as you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Car park is 10 min walk from the hotel.

I am dairy intolerant, the breakfast didn’t have much choice, for a 5 star hotel I would have expected some alternatives or to be offered something else, I had to sit and watch my friend eat (I did have the avocado and poached eggs, but my friend had 3 courses)
