للاسف مافي شي يعجبني

بالوصف قالوا انه قريب للحرم و على بعد خطوات انصدم بعدين انه فوق جبل و تصعدك له عربات قولف مرة موجودة و عشر مرات لا النظافة لك عليها و المرافق قديمة جداً انصح اصحاب الفندق يسكرونه و يسوون له اعادة تجديد شاملة

الغرف واسعة والفندق مايزعجك في مسئلة الخروج

الموقع قريب من الحرم لكن مرتفع ( متعب للعوائل)

place is ok compared to the price, not far from haram walking distance.

i was expecting to be cleaner

The location. It was close to the Haram.

Cleanliness of the property. Room and Bathroom were not cleaned. leg space is very narrow between wall and stool. very poorly placed the stool.

الفندق جيد.. يحتاج متابعه مستمره بسبب الكثافة السكانيه للزوار والسكان المستأجرين مع قلة مواقف السيارات ويتميز بقربه من المسجد الحرام.

Location was close to haram. Good buffet breakfast.

Shuttle service to and fro to haram not provided. Staff kept disconnecting calls for shuttle service when dialled the number provided.

الغرفه النظافه الاستقبال والاصوات مزعجه للغايه

حلو القرب من الحرم

متعب جدا الصعود للفندق كلما رحنا نصلي اشيل هم والله والسيارات غير متوفره كل الوقت ننتظر وقت كثير عشان تجي

نظرا لارتفاع مكان الفندق يوجد خدمه تنقل بالجولف كار الترددي حيث اذا تم التواصل معهم بالفندق سيتم توصيلك للفندق سواء ذهاب او العوده وهم متعاونون في هذا الشاءن

موقع الفندق قريب من جهه ابراج الصفوه وقريب من الحرم مسافه 7 دقائق سيرا على الاقدام ولكن موقع الفندق على مكان عالي متعب للنساء والغرفه صغيره جدا والحمام اصغر يعني لازم تحدد هدفك عند دخول الحمام والعفش قديم جدا ويجب النظر بالاهتمام بالغرف مقارنه بفنادق مجاوره نفس التصنيف ولكنها من وجهه نظري افضل

It’s super close location to Haram, the cleanliness, and the nice staff. Also they surprised my mother in her birthday with flowers and a cake, which made her super happy!

الفندق علي ربوة عالية مجهدة الحمام ضيق جدا كارت فتح الباب توقف عن العمل طلبت زجاجة مياة مرتين فجائتني بعد 45 ق النت ضعيف جدا جدا وقليلا ما يتصل

Nothing at all.

We had to climb up a mountain to reach the hotel building. I did not like that the receptionists were very dumb and stupid and rude. Especially one lady who could not understand a word of english and if you would try to talk to her she would only stare at you. There was no manager available to talk to. We came to the hotel at 2pm for check in but the receptionist said she would give us the room key at 6 pm, but received it much later. This is Ramadan and we were all fasting and coming back after completing our Umrah - dead tired. Receptionist refused to take payment through card and said that they do not have a card scanning machine which is a lie as they took payment from other customers through card machine. They said to give us cash otherwise they would not give us the room key. We paid in cash and finally got the room keys. We had an old lady with us who came up the mountain and waited in the lobby for more 4 hours. We had kids of ages 4 to 7 who got so tired of waiting that they slept. As said by the receptionist we waited till 6pm but yet we did not receive our room key. We received them near Maghrib prayer. The room size was very inappropriate and the beds were full of hair and dust. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and gave me a back ace. We had booked a 4 bed room but the room had only three beds. There was an earsplitting noise coming from the window. The bathroom size was very small and if you wanted to take a bath you couldn't as shower was broken. Hallways were very small. Kids got scared of false fire alarm. The hotel had no internet services and said to use our own mobile data. Even mobile data signals were vey weak.
