Everything very good

We had a wonderful long weekend in Can Singala. The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with lots of outdoor space to enjoy too. Our group of 8 friends loved the walk along the Pinewalk into town for restaurants and the proximity to beaches. Communication with Cristina was excellent, right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Any problems were solved immediately. We would definitely recommend this lovely villa and hope to return in the future.

The Villa is in a great location, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the main restaurants, shops etc, and the walk has the most beautiful view, especially at sunset. The sea is literally a 5 minute walk away, as well which was amazing. The villa had everything we needed. The pool and outside setting was lovely. The ping pong table was great fun. My family and I loved the villa and location, we would 100% return. Cristina is also a very good host :)

Great house with a good vibe. The pool is perfect en it's cozy to sit and relax outside. We loved it!

After a difficult two years with Covid etc it was a great relief to arrive at Crisitna's spotless villa. (we used Suntransfers taxis to get there -fab service) The kitchen is very modern with a giant fridge /dishwasher and coffee maker with all the plates /glasses /pots and pans one could possibly need. The bedrooms immaculate with 3 shower rooms so plenty of space for all. The sittingroom has 2 lovely double doors that open into a pretty garden with lots of lawns /trees. bougainnvilla and a large family of tame and friendly sparrows we fed every morning.. The swimming pool(lightly salty) is a fabulous size, very clean and although unheated provided welcome relief when temperatures hit 90F. Cristina thoughtfully supplied sunbeds for 6 and lots of towels.Plenty of shade too!There are 3 tables for eating out and a ping pong table too if one feels energetic. The aircon throughout the house is excellent tho we tried not to have it on all the time . The sea is just a 10 min walk away and Hotel Ila D'Or on the front often provided us with delicious cocktails (huge mojjitos) and non alcoholic mocktails for the children. The little beaches are delighteful and the water very shallow , ideal for nervous swimmers.Taxis are easy to get ..and a visit to the old town of Pollensa in the evening is highly recommended. All in all a wonderful holiday. Thank you Cristina!! x

The accommodation suited us perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, a well equipped kitchen and multiple spaces for socialising and relaxing. A great break

A fabulous, high quality villa, very clean and well equipped with wonderful outdoor spaces and pool. 6 adults and 1 toddler stayed for 1 week in late October - my only comments are that you need to be happy to walk a good 20 mins to the centre of town, and also that a floorplan on the website would be good prior to booking, as we did not realise that one of the bedrooms formed the only access route to two further bedrooms, which didn't work for us and as such, the toddler ended up in our room all week. Prolonged heavy rain at the start of the week did mean the property ended up feeling quite damp but I'm not sure there's much that could be done about this given the quantity of rain that fell. Would book again but would look to go a little earlier in the season so we could make more use of the pool (unheated).

Great location and great proprietor to deal with. Would highly recommend as a base for a cycling weekend or a relaxing family holiday given the location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - 6 adults and 2 children. Everything about it was lovely and couldn’t fault anything. Also beautiful gardens with nice seating areas and a great pool which the children loved. Christina is a welcoming host and could not have been more helpful.

Excellent overall

We had a lovely week at the villa. Our traveling tribe consisted of 4 adoults and 4 children. We all found the villa clean and spacious. Our favorite was the outdoor facilities. This is even better than the pictures show! As this is our second stay in port de Pollensa, we allready knew the area well. We came for a quiet touch down to start our vacation an got all we hoped for before traveling to busy Palma for our last week. Great combo! We highly recomend this property, and would love to come back.

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday (3 generations )at this pretty villa. Cristina was very helpful & met us at the villa to show us around. It had all the mod cons needed & a very well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is superb with a beautiful pool area & decking, separate bbq area, sun terrace & table tennis. The two bedrooms with en-suites are a great size. The third twin room is also a good size, however the fourth room with the pull out bed is small with not much cupboard space & no air conditioning (we had a heat wave so this was not good) this is also a walk through room (door out of living room and 2nd door into hallway access to other bedrooms ). Not ideal when trying to keep two kids age 6 & 9 asleep. The separate bathroom for the 3rd & 4th rooms is tiny (a lot smaller than the en-suites!) not adequate for 2 adults & 2 children. The villa would be perfect for 6 people not 8. It is in a perfect area for the beach & a 20 minute picturesque stroll into the town along the gorgeous pine walk.

This villa was fantastic, clean, good size rooms and a great pool. The location is perfect a five minute stroll to the beach, with a ten minute walk to the town centre. We would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The hosts were fabulous- and couldn’t be more helpful from start to finish. Communication was frequent and nothing was a problem- which was very kind. The location is fantastic- quiet, a 5 minute walk from the sea and a great cafe/restaurant just around the corner with shop attached. It is about a 30 minute picturesque walk into the town, or a 6 minute taxi ride. The villa facilities are great- with ping pong table, bbq, great outdoor dining and lounge space, lovely pool and sunbathing area. The rooms are a good size and all bathrooms clean. All mod cons as you would expect and the Villa is generally everything you need. I would recommend this property.

The villa was absolutely perfect for our friends reunion of 7 ladies. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the table tennis table when we got tired of sun bathing. We all really enjoyed the 15 minute stroll into the main town every evening and it was easy to get a taxi back if we were feeling lazy. Christina was extremely efficient and helpful in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend this wonderful little villa.

We stayed at this villa for a girls cycling holiday (8 of us) from booking to arriving the owner was very efficient and got in touch quickly. The villa is lovely and clean and well equipped we even braved the pool in May! Beautiful garden area in a quiet but very convenient spot (about 15-20 mins walk along waterfront into centre) would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work! Hopefully we will be back soon

Many thanks to Christina, the villa is in a beautiful location 100 mtrs from the beach which then leads to a lovely walk into Puerto Pollença centre with some great restaurants. The Villa was immaculate inside and a really nice pool outside there was 6 people staying and the villa was very spacious, I would definitely recommend using this villa if you visit Puerto Pollença Many thanks Nick

We stayed at the apartment for a three day cycling trip. It was the perfect location to roll out from, being just a few moments from the road to Cap de Formentor lighthouse. It’s also close enough to town to walk in from. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed. Thanks to Cristina for the warm welcome – we had a great stay.

A lovely villa in a fantastic location just off the Pine Walk Christina & Juan couldn’t have been more helpful We didn’t have the best weather but still had a great holiday

The house was just as we imagined it would be. It was spacious and set in a delightful green space. My Grandsons loved the pool and were very sorry to leave. My only reservation is that the villa was damp. I am susceptible to damp spaces and Christina pointed out that they had been doing some remedial work on the wall in one bedroom, but I felt that the beds in two rooms and inside the cupboards were very damp. Our clothes felt clammy and a little musty. It did not detract from a very pleasant stay.

We were met on arrival by Cristina who was so lovely and welcoming. The property was delightful and had all the amenities that we required. It was short walk from the seafront, bars, restaurants and the Marina. Pine Walk was stunning. We had a fabulous week and can't wait to return.

Spacious villa with lovely swimming pool & large garden; quiet location, ideal if you enjoy a moderate walk to nearby restaurants etc.

Cristina was very prompt replying to our queries prior to our arrival and was there to greet us on arrival. The pool and surrounding area is absolutely fantastic and there were plenty of shady areas to sit and relax. The fourth bedroom was more of a walk through area but had two doors which closed to provide a bit of privacy. The nearest shop was a 5-10 minute walk and it was a 20 minute stroll to the restaurants on the pine walk. Lovely quiet area.

Just returned from a great family holiday (3 generations) and Cristina's villa was absolutely perfect for us. Cristina is a really great host. Her communication throughout the booking process was always prompt & helpful, making everything about booking run smoothly. She was friendly and extremely helpful when she met us on arrival and showed us all the great facilities at the villa. Talking of which, the villa is extremely well equipped and the layout is perfect for mixed-generation families with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 excellent (and very clean) bathrooms laid out in such a way that everyone effectively has there own space if they want it. The Villa is well equipped with all the necessities. Outside, the new pool is a really great addition and the space around the villa is fabulous with several possible play areas and choice of eating areas with an excellent BBQ. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area just 5 minutes gentle walk to the nearest little beach and a 20 minute stroll along the Pine Walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and its excellent selection of shops & restaurants. A highly recommended Villa with a really lovely host.

The property is very clean and well kept, with a well equipped kitchen. Cristina was very approachable both before and during our stay. The property is very easy to get to by car and is in an ideal location with a gentle 20 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The surrounding area was very quiet but I suspect this was as we were there at the beginning of the season and other villas in the area were empty. The pool is fabulous, even though it was a bit chilly we all had a dip. We were a party of 6 adults and all enjoyed our stay. We would all highly recommend staying at this villa and will seriously consider returning in the future.
