It was clean with a convenient location , close to Major areas in Gaborone.

The restaurants around were very very noisy and were the only options available for lunch and dinner within the hotel premises. Like deliberately extra loud music which is really bad, Making it not convenient for work/business purposes (especially if you meet partners there)

Smell of smoke (something burning) at night, dim lights in the lobby and lobby atmosphere. Blocks for sitting are not comfortable. It is better to have chairs. The restaurants do no have food (for dinner), i.e. carb free and sugar free that suits diabetic people

The location was good for me. The hotel is very attractive and has a warm feel to it.

I did not like the breakfast at all.

Housekeeping could have missed the bathroom. Noise from the court.

This is a nice place where the staff, particularly in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked it. Would I go back again? Oh Yes

Hotel window was broken and i was stuck in an elevator for 28 minutes.

The staff was kind and very helpful when it came to check in, check out and additional requests.

The breakfast was very basic with minimal options to choose from. The network for a business hotel is bad, there are too amny times I could not have an online call, kept being kicked out.

The staff was just excellent!

Only negative was the loud noise in the evening coming from across the square

Breakfast was the same everyday. Oh and their room service food is awful and sometimes they don't pick the phone when you call to make an order.

The facilities are tired and dated. They need to upgrade to uphold Protea standard. For the money paid, it's daylight robbery. The rooms do not have an iron and ironing board need to call housekeeping. The shower and bath combination looks cheap and is actually uncomfortable. Some critical design flaws that makes one wonder what the owners were thinking...
