the staff was amazing, we had the best vegan breakfast of our trip.

the place is very close to rice fields, which makes it beautiful but you also have more mosquitoes and other wildlife

Such a wonderful place next to the rice fields and away from the full noise of town. With only a short walk to resturants and a beautiful walk to the old town. So pleased i picked here.

We could see beautiful rice fields from the terrace. The owner Nicola was really helpful, and our children loved to play with their dogs.

During our stay it was cold, so we felt the hot water in the showers was a little low, but in the summer it would not be a problem at all.

The place

The cottage location is beautiful, very natural environment. Morning you can see birds and cool breeze. It is close to Ancient town, so I visited daily. The owner is very helpful and polite and helped me with all the tour bookings with reasonable price. The breakfast is delicious and fresh.

The neighborhood has many dogs , who bark and can be frightening to those who are scared of dogs. Although the people around are very helpful and can assist whenever you are in need.

Mr Nicolai and her wife warmly welcomed us. They and their pets are so friendly. Chicken Quảng Noodle shop at the opposite side was yummy. The neighborhoods were nice as well.

Absolutely great time I spent here living in a homestay with a lovely family, two cute dogs and one cat. Rice field view, birds chirping, butterflies and buffalos around - real country side vibe! Refilling water from the filter is kindly available. Terrace is lovely. Saying that the host was friendly is not enough, he was so enthusiastic - when he greeted us with his smile he made us feel like home already. Thank you very much Nikola! I hope I can come back again.

Breakfast was phenomenal, and the premise was absolutely beautiful. It was so peaceful next to the rice fields, but only 1.5 km walk into the Ancient Town. Nicola was very accommodating and everything exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay here. The owner Nicola is a wonderful host, and we had a lovely room with a nice patio in front. It is a small walk to the old town, not far. (You can also get a free bicycle if you prefer not to walk). Really enjoyed the beautiful rice field views from the veranda, it feels very peaceful and serene here. We felt so comfortable, we almost felt a bit sad to leave. We will definately stay here again on our next time we visit Hoi An. Well recommended if you want to get away from the busy and touristic old town.
