We had a wonderful time. The house was nice. Having to swim around the hose to the pool sweeper was inconvenient, but made due. Being monsoon weather, we understood the necessity of it to keep the pool clean.

Looked like the picture and was a great neighborhood. More cleaning in the bathroom/showers, fridge and bedrooms would be recommended for future guests. Non-slip mats in the bathrooms should be considered for future guests as multiple guest almost slipped while getting the shower. Overall, our family was very happy with this location. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space!

Went with 6 other guys for a golf trip + Spring Training. Was a perfect set up for us. Used fresh lemons from the tree in the backyard to make Gin & Tonics, the pool was great for morning cood plunges (early March) and the location was nice and close to Old Scottsdale for dinner, Cubs park and the airport is not far either. Tons of beds which is a great setup for our crew. We cooked dinner night one and the patio grill and kitchen served us very well. Listing is accurate, great spot.

We had a large group of people and were easily accommodated in this house. The space was very clean, nice, and close to Old Town. Rhet was very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is a short ride from Old Town Scottsdale. The house has plenty of amenities and was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of beds for a large group so it was perfect for us!

We needed a house that slept 8-10 adults located on the east side of Scottsdale. This house met the criteria. With only two bathrooms, it was a bit tricky to manage access - but we survived. We spent most of our time away from the house. Overall - Very Good Choice.

Great home for large group of people. We enjoyed the beautiful home. I would give 5 stars although the beds were horribly loud. Any minute body movement aside from moving your arms, the bed makes loud noises. Otherwise, the home is great!

Good house close to fun spots in Scottsdale. Stayed here with a group of 11 guys and had a great time exploring scottsdale. Pool in the back and plenty of beds to sleep the group. Would recommend.

We were two families traveling together with a total of 5 kids (ages 8-16). This home worked perfectly for our group where each couple had their own private room and then we had a room for the boys and a room for the girls where everyone had their own room.
The pool was an added bonus with it being so hot during the time we were in Scottsdale and we ending up spending most of the day out back relaxing before going into town later in the afternoon and evening.
The ease of check in and check out was great, communication with the owner was easy and the location of the home to the downtown area was very convenient

The house is very clean and has numerous beds. The outdoor area has a pool, fire pit, TV and several sitting areas. The check in process was super easy and there were no issues.

It was a nice property good location but the beds were not comfortable and the plumbing was not good drains did not drain all in all a good place off

This property worked for us…. The rules listed are intense. It felt like the owner encounters a lot of rifraf. One of the rules was not to play beer pong on the table.
There is an informational guide of things to do… seemed outdated.
The neighborhood was not amazing, but not bad. Overall, the house was ok. The beds were super uncomfortable but everything else worked for us.
Not sure I would stay there again, but I can’t say it was the worst place ever. Very clean. Pool was extremely clean.
There was a grill, great outdoor patio. Lots of space in the house.

House was clean and it was a beautiful space. Beds weren’t super comfortable and pool cleaner was in pool so kids had to swim around the hose. Otherwise it is a very roomy house, location was great. We would stay again and I even recommended it to others.

The house is ideally located between Sky Harbor and Old Town Scottsdale, offering easy access to the area. For a party of 20, it was a little snug with sleeping arrangements but a nice open layout, backyard, and outdoor TV was perfect for barbecuing by the pool. Rhet was a pleasant host from the beginning of the process to the end - I would certainly stay with him again.

Had a great time and everything about the property was great! The neighbor directly across the street was trying to pick a fight with everyone because we called him out on drinking and driving! But I went over and calmed him down! He was the only problem

This weekend made me realize how much i needed a vacation. Next time it's adult only 😂. The neighborhood is quiet and very suburban. It's like a home away from home type of environment, you will enjoy yourself here no matter what. You can have a family type of gathering or an adult gathering with no problem. Check it out... You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the people behind the scenes.

Me and the boys came into town for the birds vs the cards game. The house was clutch. Everything we could need and most of what we could want. The dart board was weak but the amount of bath towels made up for that. The cornhole boards came in clutch and so did the extra air mattress. The house was clean, well equipped and could sleep a small army. The location was mad decent and had plenty near by to keep the boys buzzin with full bellies throughout the trip. Thanks to the host for the awesome stay!!

The place was in a nice neighborhood and we would've enjoyed the pool but it was cold outside. Communication was great with the property owner. Would definitely stay again!

A very nice place. Well located with short drives to many restaurants, shops, Old Town Scottsdale and the airport. There were twelve of us on the trip and while there was ample space in the kitchen/dining and living area, it was a little tight to sleep us all comfortably in an individual bed. We also enjoyed the out door gas fire area and the patio tv and table as social spots. Weather only allowed for limited pool use, but that was clean and very well maintained. Host was accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

House was completely as advertised. Very clean and plenty of beds. Backyard pool and patio was a great plus. Location to Old Town was perfect and an easy Uber into town. Rhet was very accommodating and responsive the whole trip.

Great spot for large group
Great stay for a long weekend in Scottsdale with a large group. Slept 12 comfortably, pool and outdoor setup made hanging out at the property easy, short drive to Old Town for food or nighttime fun.

Bachelor Party
I was there with 13 guys for my bachelor party and it was a blast! Rhett is a good guy. Tv's weren't working and he made it a point to show up to the house and resolve the issue.
Location was perfect. 5 minutes from. MAYA and bars in Old Town. Ubers/Lyfts were inexpensive. As low as $13.
I can keep going but I'll stop here. Once again, thank you Rhett for allowing us to stay here.

This house was perfect for our group. It had the ideal layout for our group. The outside allowed us to enjoy the weather around the pool and grill. I would say it is even nicer than the pictures!

We all had a great time! Perfect amenities, pool was a little cold but it also wasn’t the hot time for Arizona was a great refreshing swim when needed! Highly recommend

Beds Galore
The location was great and the host was very helpful. The backyard and pool are very nice though we didn’t get to enjoy it as much due to the unusual cold weather. However the house is definitely set up to host big groups of young people rather than families. There are 4 bedrooms with a total bed space for 18 people! But only two bathrooms… They have taken out closets, arm chairs etc in the bedrooms to make it happen. The setup for a family vacation like ours makes it seem a bit less classy/nice. Also the house rules mentions don’t put the comforter covers in the laundry upon checkout unless it’s really dirty which was a bit disconcerting. Otherwise a solid option.

Arizona Graduation
The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, plenty of beds to accommodate our party of 8 for my son’s graduation from ASU. The house is centrally located, making it easy to get to dining and shopping. The only slight draw back was the mattresses were a little hard and the living room seating could not accommodate more than five. But, those are minor issues compared to the other amenities! We would definitely stay again!!!

Great host, great location
The property and location was perfect for our guys golf trip to Scottsdale. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly residents and close to Old Town and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and communication with the owner was easy and we were even able to access the house early. Great experience!

Great Location for ASU Family Weekend
Had a great time and stay well visiting daughter for ASU family weekend. House had plenty of room and beds. Rhet was extremely accommodating and communicated perfectly. Has no property is perfect the only recommendation is to increase cleanliness and do a few touchup and updates. Otherwise would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect for our group, there were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to share with multiple beds. Rhett was amazing to communicate with and highly recommend the place!
