Beautiful, well appointed, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Well situated on a quiet residential street no more than a few minutes walk from everything. Naoki was pleasant and kind and took the time to answer our questions as well as providing lots of information about Venice. Highly recommended

Lovely studio / apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean with many little extras - umbrellas, guides, maps etc. beds are very comfortable, the area is quiet but very close to restaurants, cafes and major sight seeing places. Naoko is extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend for a comfortable, stylish place to stay.

Everything! Felt rather like staying at a home than in a guest house!

Outstanding stay. The suite was excellent modern renovations within a historic house. Super clean and even a small kitchen well appointed. The host Naoko gave us all the recommendations for us to explore Venice. Super helpful. Would highly recommend Carbonaia Venezia over other higher priced hotels which do not offer as much

Great hospitality, the room was very clean with everything you need , comfortable bed and really nice kitchen

I stayed here 2 years ago, my description is still valid: “The apartment is in a kind of Japanese style. There is one room with a kitchenette at one end. There was basic tools as well as a nespresso machine. As in Japan there where indoor shoes and everything had a nice cool Japanese touch, including the very nice bathroom. The area is very calm and the arrival went smoothly with a five minutes walk from vaporetto station San Basilio.” The apartment is still in mint condition and the building has been restored very nicely. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch the sunset from Zattere 5 min away🥂!

The location is perfect to explore Venice and to have a calm but very beautiful house to call home for the trip. The whole house and our room were spacious, modern and had everything you need. We really appreciated also the recommendation book. we tried some of the restaurants and cafes which were amazing and we would have never found them. And last but not least the host was super welcoming and organized everything very uncomplicated. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Venice to come back.

We were so lucky to find place like this for our stay in Venice. The apartment was clean and modern and made with great respect to historical spirit. Excellent location Dorsoduro neighbourhood -quiet and peaceful, and close to everything. Vaporetto stop 5 min walking. Absolutely nice and informative owners, who have thought about every detail for their guests. Journal of recommendations and insider tips from the owners was a treasure.

The apartments are located in a quiet area of the city, close to a shop, restaurant and vaporetto station. Next time I will stay here again.

There was not enough microwave. Everything else is perfect

Everything! Great location, spacious room, very clean, well-designed, and very helpful owners. Btw, the room has a nice garden view which you can't tell from the photos. Highly recommend this establishment.

Wifi wasn't working in my room but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Carbonaia Venezia is located in the centre of Dorsoduro with excellent transport connections. The room was beautiful, stylish and the beds are luxurious. The host is attentive and will answer any question promptly. I will definitely try to come back on another visit to Venice. Everything: the atmosphere, the comfort and the service is beyond expectation and more than excellent.

The open shower (water leaks on the floor). I recommend to add a full figure mirror in the room.

The location was perfect and near our favorite neighborhoods. Our room was clean and spacious. All the little extras were fantastic as well. Property host was very helpful and available for questions. Highly recommend and will look to stay here next time I’m back in Venice!

Very cosy appartment, everything is organised.

We were not far from everything in a calm place. The room is really clean and we have everything we need. The bed is really comfy as well. The host is really nice and accommodating. The quality price is really interesting.

Really good place in my favorite area of Venice (Dorsoduro). Easily accessible by foot from the station (about 15 minutes), well served by boats in the nearby Zattere stops. Quiet, comfy, spacious, excellently equipped and unique in style. Managed by a nice Italian/Japanese couple that lives nearby. Highly recommended!!!

great location, it provides you with privacy away of crowds while being just a minutes from everything by walking distance. Naoko our host was lovely, recommend the tastiest place to eat and beaches to go in case you have time to do so. I would suggest to stay in this place if you want privacy and a really nice room with kitchen and other facilities.
