The property is clean and calm with better wifi connectivity. The staffs are very cooperative and reachable throughout on needs. Kudos to Joe for accommodating us with the best during peak season ❤

The service was phenomenal and rooms were properly cleaned daily.

Everything was good but the owners sleep by 8pm so you can't get late night facilities like tea or water.

Wifi stopped working on 2nd day and it took 2 days for them to get it sorted out. Should have fixed it faster...

Cleaning was best.... Best guesthouse in money.. Location is also good Staff co-opreative. I am from pune (MAHARASHTRA )if anyone is planning to stay in calangute in minimum budget,you are advised to stay here.

It was a well maintained and hygienic place with all the necessary facilities . The price was reasonable . It was at a walkable distance from the Calangute beach and transport and eateries were easily accessible.

The location and the room size is good here.

we tried for early check-in (just 2.5 hours early), we were told that early check-ins are not allowed due to room cleaning at that time. But interestingly, when I offered to pay for early check-in, we were demanded full day rent for that 2.5 hours. The first impression of the owner on the guests. the pillows in each room are oversized(too thick). The bathroom in my room had a broken window where lizards could easily enter. Infect the lizards entered into the room from the window opening and started roaming into the room. We didn't spend much time in the house in whole day so I did not care about the lizard. Last night the ACs didn't work till morning (whatever the reason is) , we did not get any response from the owner till our checkout time.

helpful and friendly owner and staff ! calangute town was near by and walkable . and we got good suggestions from them where to visit and also rent bike . peaceful atmosphere.

Good break fast, helpful staff, will get on time tea. Room was clean and well maintained. 700 meters to Calingute beach. We hired car rental for 3 days and parking is available.
