I loved the space of the apartment and the privacy by having two bathrooms. Beautiful quiet area with easy access to transportation. Rooftop bar at Stuckey Hilton a must. Lots of small local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Where to start….we had moved our stay due to Covid Restrictions twice in 2020 & 2021, Karen was very accommodating having to navigate through the changes with us. She was so wonderful, we can’t thank her enough for rolling with the changes. 2022 we finally got to make it to Venice for the wedding…during a crazy heat wave, woah that was HOT!!!!!! Besides the AC being on the fritz we enough we our stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the amenities it offered us. The views out the living room/ dining room are beyond amazing!! We would for sure stay here again in a not so HOT season. Thank you Karen & Barbara for the wonderful place to call home for a week. Cheers, Brittney

All of the pictures accurately show off this wonderful property. The views of Venice are great, getting to Giudecca is fairly easy, even for those using public transit for the first time in a foreign country. The only issue I had while staying here is that the air conditioning broke. Upon arrival the AC unit appeared to be working, but then never actually turned on. Similarly, the AC units in the bedrooms would turn on, but felt like they did not actually cool the rooms. Opening the windows helped with the temp as the house gets some good breezes, but then we were getting eaten by mosquitos. The property manager tried to help resolve the AC issues, but we were unable to troubleshoot the issue without calling a repairman that could not come out to fix it until my visit had ended. The property manager did refund us the extra cost we paid to use the AC. The experience was hampered by the issues with heat, but the AC issues were beyond the control of the owner, so still giving 5 stars. P.S. The house manager, Barbara, is such a gem. Absolutely loved talking with her. Very friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular waterfront views! We enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the church bells ring and watching the activity on the water! I traveled with one of my sisters and we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we both had plenty of closet space with hangers (thank you for the hair dryer). We utilized the kitchen area several times and had everything we needed to prepare a couple of dishes. It was fun & convenient to walk along the island and became locals at one of the bakeries a short walk away. There are so many restaurants right on the island with dining right on the water! The water taxi is easy to use and has a stop a very short walk from the apartment. You can see the sunrise from the kitchen window and sunsets from the end of the canal (or from the top of the Giudecca Hilton deck). A special thanks to Barbara who made us feel welcome upon our arrival and made herself available for any questions through the week! Thank you for offering this beautiful apartment- we have memories that will last a lifetime!! A++++++++

Il est très agréable de trouver dans cet appartement une atmosphère contemporaine, blanche, épurée, qui repose de l'ambiance vénitienne, magnifique mais parfois pesante après un certain temps. De plus sa belle architecture intérieure est aussi plaisante à l'œil que les splendides vues sur Venise qu'offrent les cinq fenêtres de son beau salon. Tout y est parfait ou presque, y compris l'ambiance populaire de Giudecca, les petits commerces situés à proximité, l'animation des bateaux sur le canal. La situation permet de rejoindre d'un coup de vaporetto puis en quelques pas le centre de la ville. Seul bémol si l'on est un peu sensible au bruit : la terrasse du restaurant haut de gamme situé juste en dessous des fenêtres, et les bateau-taxis qui y amènent les clients, dont le bruit d'ensemble se surajoute à celui du trafic maritime

Everything as promised...we felt immediately at home...we would have liked to stay for a month or so.

My wife and were overwhelmed by both the location and the neighborhood, you could walk to 10 different restaurants all with great water views, fantastic food and service, they really treated us like family. The apartment was immaculate, and extremely well equipped for anything a renter would need, we will definitely go back!!!

Modern apartment with wonderful views of the Guidecca canal. Lift makes very convenient, as most Venice apartments involve lugging luggage up stairs! Would give five stars if a little more attention to detail e.g.: kitchen a bit unuser friendly e.g. knives very blunt, no rack to grill on. OK if you are not intending to use it very much. Some maintenance needed e.g fan in bathroom not working and bits of kitchen needed repair or some tlc. These , however are minor beefs. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return. Owner very friendly and helpful and property manager/cleaner exceptional.

Stayed at 11 days with our two teenage granddaughters. Loved the apartment: spacious, incredible views, well stocked with everything we needed. So easy to get to all the tourist sites on the vapoetto. Caretaker Barbara was incredibly helpful with suggestions and help getting water taxis. A real find!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet appartement calme et lumineux, avec une vue imprenable sur le canal de la Giudecca, et le coucher de soleil sur Zattere. Chaque pièce est très confortable ; literies, équipements sanitaires et cuisine sont complets et parfaits. La rénovation de cet appartement a été faite avec soin et qualité. L'île de la Giudecca est calme et très agréable à vivre, bien équipée en restaurant, cafés et petits commerces. L'arrêt de vaporetto à proximité dessert facilement diverses destinations dans Venise et alentours. Merci à Barbara pour son accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrai très volontiers pour un nouveau séjour.

This apartment is perfectly located for visiting Venice, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist groups but within a few minutes access of anywhere you are likely to want to go. The fittings are attractive and modern. The views are breath-taking. Sound insulation is effective. Nearby shopping provides for all your needs. A friendly, helpful housekeeper is available to answer questions and resolve any issues you may have. There could be no better place for a short or long stay in Venice.

Brilliantly located for all sites, shops, restaurants and amenities (just 2 minutes’ walk to Vaporetto water bus). Very friendly and helpful guardian who met us on arrival. Quality of fixtures and fittings excellent - we were very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great facilities and spectacular views from apartment . Cannot recommend highly enough. A warm welcome from the lovely Barbara who greeted us on arrival and provided useful recommendations of local restaurants. Apartment very well equiped with all important aircon for summer months. 2 mins from vaporetto stop and 5 mins to mainland. Would definitely stay again .

We had a pleasent stay in this charming place , modern, clean and well equipped .Comfortable. But the vieuw is the best of all. We enjoyed the calm surrounding nabourhood and the small restaurants at the waterfront, especially Majer, recommendation from the owner. And Barbara, the “concierge” , representing the owners is most helpful and very kind- English speaking. We will return.

The house was perfect for the four of us . Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. The view of the canal with the ships going by and the sunsets were amazing . Nicely decorated all the comforts of home. The restaurant downstairs was good and the carpaccio was off the hook! but a bit pricey. I would really recommend the pizzeria down the walk excellent food. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus because it was hot. Karen the owner has been great trying to refund us for the one night I accidentally booked. The only problem is that VERBO does not refund so she is sending funds to us direct. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if in Venice. Thanks again!

Cet appartement est vraiment très agréable. Sa rénovation récente permet à la lumière de remplir l'espace avec l'utilisation de séparations en verre dès que possible. La vue sur le canal de la Giudecca en double exposition depuis les 5 fenêtres du salon, dont on n'a qu'une idée partielle avec les photos, est magnifique. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis avec ses 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain / douche. La chambre sur le canal secondaire avec vue dégagée sur les Zatterre est baignée de lumière le matin. L'appartement est très agréablement décoré et parfaitement équipé. La seule chose que nous regretterions pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine est l'absence de lave-linge. La propriétaire et son représentant sur place ont été extrêmement aidant pour préparer notre arrivée, et sur place avec une recherche de baby-sitter. Nous avons par ailleurs pu quitter l'appartement tardivement car il n'était pas reloué le même jour même. La Giudecca est un quartier très agréable, au calme de l'agitation de la place Saint Marc accessible à quelques arrêts de vaporetto et pratique pour rejoindre de nombreux quartiers comme Le Lido et ses plages. Un abonnement Actv est nécessaire pour profiter de la ville. En bref, je recommande vivement viewofvenice.com

We didn’t know what to expect having never been to Venice before but when we walked into the apartment we could not believe the views! Giudecca is opposite Saint Marks Square and the apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the vaporetto water bus stop. The apartment is very comfortable and is even better in real life than it is on the pictures. There are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment as well as hundreds across on the main island! I already can’t wait to return. We really loved Barbara so a special thank you to her, who met us on our arrival and who maintains a spotless apartment! We will soon be booking to come back....
