Had a fantastic holiday at Bank Cottage. The view is outstanding and the location is perfect, being just a short walk from the entertainment of South Beach and at the right end for walking round to North Beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable and offered everything needed for a relaxing stay. Communication was excellent, being both informative and friendly. Very happy to recommend and will book again.

Cottage was clean, warm, and very well equipped with everything you need. Great communication from first booking until time of our trip, all questions answered promptly. Everything was excellent, from the communication through to the location and the decor and cleanliness of the cottage. Yes, parking can be a challenge and having to carry all your gear to the cottage if you can't pull up close by can be a challenge, but overall it's well worth it. Great views.

Absolutely amazing property in a brilliant location. The views from both of the lounges were stunning. Well equipped kitchen and very clean property. Great communication and tips from the owner. Parking has its challenges in the old town but worse case there is a pay car park below the property which is very reasonably priced. We are already talking about a return trip next summer - a really happy place.

Lovely Home from Home, well equipped, well kept with fab views and a home owner who really cares about her guests.

We stayed here for a week during October half term and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, absolutely spotless and really well equipped. The basket of treats when we arrived was a lovely gesture. The house is in a great location for South Bay (our teenage boys loved the arcades!) and a very short walk to the castle and North bay beyond (much quieter). The views, especially from the upstairs lounge, have to be the best in Scarborough and we spent hours here with wine in hand just looking out! Dilys was lovely, she always responded quickly and she made sure the heating was on so the house was lovely and cosy when we arrived. There is no parking directly outside the property but the permits cover plenty of streets nearby and we did not find this a problem at all - in fact the house is in such a good location that we only moved the car twice all week! All in all a memorable family holiday - we wish we could go again!

2nd time around lived up to all our original findings, cosy, homely and full of character. Location, location, couldn’t ask for more in the heart of the old town with front row position for harbour view splendour. Would we stay again, most certainly.

Location location location! Beautifully quiet but minutes from the beach. Spectacular view from top lounge. WC on every floor. Very spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. My younger son suggested I buy the house, he loved it so much. Best holiday home we've ever stayed in.

Had a wonderful stay in a cottage with just about everything. Everything was quality not cheap and nasty stuff you could expect in a holiday rental. Location is brilliant but you need a good set of lungs for Scarborough. Will definitely return. A happy punter!

The property we rented was perfect, we loved it from day one to our last, perfectly situated, close to the harbour and 15 mins walk to the town centre. The weather was lovely and we had a lovely time. The views every morning of the sun shining over Scarborough Harbour made reality melt away.

We stayed a week at Bank Cottage. It was a home from home with wonderful views. The house was quiet and spacious with nice decor and spotlessly clean. The best view was from the from second storey living room where we spent most of our time. It kept us fit going up and down a three storey house! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay - so much to do in Scarborough, all within walking distance, and at the end of the day, this is the perfect place to come back to and look down on the harbour. The cottage had everything we needed, thank you, and our young children absolutely loved relaxing in the top floor living room.
