good location in Genting

I think they focus more for people who will not stay long in hotel. The bedsheets are very rough

It was not out of choice to chose this hotel, but we thought it was the nearest to the children's rides but it takes alot of walking and getting lost to find places. There is no direction maps.

The instructions to find your hotel is back dated and changes has been made but no one update the directions , we got lost looking for our hotel from the Mall and restaurants and took us 2 hours of walking back and forth to finally find it. It seems that staff themselves do not even know which hotel is which, let alone giving directions. Some of them do not know but still send us walking to other directions just to get rid of us for standing in front of their work place! Reception area has alot of staff but non of them were very helpful. not trained properly nor able to help anyone.

Fast check in and out

No wifi

nothing. check in need to go through 1 time with hotel registration counter and then another time with the machine to scan passport and get the room keys. the machine also not functioning properly and need the hotel attendance to help us operate the machine. should self check in be easy and intuitive.

room shower water sometime scorching hot and freezing cold during the course of showering. my room have a constant knocking sound but cannot find anything within the room causing the sound. room service don’t understand the “no room service required” lights and still did the room service when I’m out of the room. and no wifi in the room which is usually a basic nowadays with high reliance on handphone communication.

I just like the location

Support staff could have been more helpful. My car needed jump start and the support staff at the front desk gave me a number that couldn't be contacted. I asked for further help and the staff very reluctantly did it. At the end I solved my own problem. Being polite in the hospitality business is not a bonus but it is a must!

the listed check in time is 3pm, was told that room will be ready by 430pm , so we went back to check in at 5pm and still not ready. staff offered us a corner room but we have to pay rm50 extra for for one . our two toddlers were tired , we have no choice but paid extra rm50 so that we could check in the room at 530pm. she didn’t tell us is was a smoking room , the room was very smelly.

basically nothing…was closed for sometimes citing revamping…see nothing improved.

totally wheel chair unfriendly. moving from point to point front hotel was challenging for those wheelchairs bound. Ask the staff for help and even spoke with the manager, the answer given was “we cannot do anything”!! most of the furniture in room was old and dirty.

Bed is comfy, lobby is not that crowded as the other hotel up there

Toilet is dull, and if facing theme park view you will be disturbed by the noise from theme park in the morning, which is super loud

Reasonably clean and spacious room.

It’s a shock for me to learn that there’s no wifi connection for hotel guest in the hotel room. Resort hotel only provide wifi connection for hotel guest in the lobby…

expensive vis-a-vis facilities wise. No other toiletries apart from shower gel against the pricey package

Spacious room and convenient access to fun and food.

Hotel wasn't open to accommodate any requests. Eg we wanted to extend prior to the trip but this was not acceded to. This was despite available rooms on arrival. Also, don't bother calling the hotel - could never get thru to speak to anyone.
