A budget hotel 5 minute drive from the airport (4km, 2 exits) with street parking on side street right next to hotel. Staff were nice. Rooms a bit dated, but views from balcony are great and you barely hear occasional plane take offs going on opposite direction. October is winding down season, but decent size pool and plenty of public space to sit out as well.
Have realistic expectations of breakfast. Plenty of choices including fried and boiled eggs 🥚 but quality was bare minimum. Would rather see them offer a third, but better quality and local/simple.

The staff was ultra friendly. The hotel was close to the airport and beside a small market. We had a nice balcony with view of the sea and pool. Breakfast was included and great variety.
The hotel has charm, it's a bit old but well maintained. The only big issue for me I would say was the quality of the bed. Better mattresses are needed. It wasn't awful, but wouldn't stay more than a night or two.

The hotel is close to the Airport and close to the beaches too.
Parking on the street and cross the road is not very easy with kids and baggages.

מיקום מצויין, צמוד לחוף וכ100 מטרים מהרחוב המרכזי אבל המלון עדיין שקט ורגוע מאוד.
הכל היה מצויין.

הבריכה מצוינת, תמורה טובה למחיר, אחלה ארוחת בוקר.
אנשי הצוות נהדרים, רגישים וטובי לב ברמה שמעולם לא נתקלתי:
אחת מנשות הצוות ראתה שהבן שלי מתלהב מדגמי המטוסים שמוצבים ליופי במלון, וביקשה שיבחר לעצמו אחד במתנה.
כשעזבנו את המלון שכחנו תיק חשוב (עם ציוד רפואי), אנשי הצוות הגדילו ראש ושמו במקרר את התרופות שדרשו קירור, ודאגו להביא לנו את התיק לנקודת איסוף במרחק של 45 דקות מהמלון!!!!!
המזדרונות של המלון חשוכים, האורות נדלקים על ידי חיישנים רק כשעוברים נקודה מסוימת וזה קריפי ולא נעים.
הרצפה בחדר שלנו לא היתה ממש נקיה. אבל אני בטוחה שאם היינו מבקשים אז היו מנקים בשמחה או מעבירים אותנו לחדר אחר.

Ubicación cercana al aeropuerto y a la playa de Karteros, que nos sorprendió positivamente. La piscina se agradece y el desayuno está bien.
No hay buen sitio para aparcar, tienes que hacerlo en un descampado en una zona de mucho tráfico. El hotel además necesita un lavado de cara importante, está muy viejo. Y aunque en la web pone servicio de restaurante, solo dan desayunos.

Proche de l'aéroport, très bien pour un décollage tôt le matin. Sans nuisance sonore cependant. Propre, spacieux.
Pas de parking. En arrivant en voiture, le dépôt des bagages se fait devant l'hôtel sur la route qui est très passagère, avec peu d'espace pour ouvrir les portières en sécurité.

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist günstig und der Preis war unschlagbar.
Da wir schon morgens um vier Uhr aufstehen mussten, fangen wir den Service für ein kleines Frühstück mit Kuchen, Müsli und Kaffee, Saft schön.
Die Anlage wirkt sehr schön, allerdings konnten wir das bei der einen, kurzen Übernachtung nicht austesten.
Höchstens die Nähe zum Flughafen und der Hauptstraße und Autobahn, die ein wenig mehr Lärm bedeuten. Allerdings wird es spät abends leiser und wir hatten keine Probleme zu schlafen. Als reiner Urlaubsort/Hotel wäre es mir zu laut.

Hotel located between 2 busy roads. But the windows are well isolated, and you are in a few minutes at the airport.

Quite outdated interior. Breakfast could have better quality products. Traffic noise when open window, even at late evening. If close windows, then no noise, but then not enough fresh air during the night. Fridge was not working in the room.

Beautiful location right opposite the beach and a short walk to some nice bars and restaurants. There’s a bus stop outside too if you want to go into Heraklion

Be aware that taxis from the airport should cost 15EUR maximum. They do try to overcharge

-we loved the possibility to relax in the pool with a great garden's view when we coming back for our daily trips
-not at Hotel's fault, but the Bus that stop in front of hotel doesn't bring you to airport, you should take a connection...and last ride its a bit early for having a dinner in Heraklion.
-maybe our room was a bit small

We arrived in the middle of night. The man in the reception was almost rude, saying that our card was invalid and that we should find out what the problem was.. We paid in cash and did not get a receipt. The following day it turned out that our card was actually valid (which I already knew) and the problem was in poor connection.
