The staff was very friendly and helpful The hotel location is near of kandy lake 6 min by tuktuk The room is clean and big

No mini bar "refrigerator" No tea/coffee maker in the room but when we ask for it they do it for free No room service during stay until we ask them for soab and shampo and towels they bring it

Really nice team. Very good breakfast, comfy bed and by a great bar that closes just at 11 PME

The hotel is very good for the price. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Prices for tours are not expensive and the quality is high. We booked several tours through the hotel and highly recommend driver Sunil and his family. They are friendly and punctual drivers, rare case for Sri Lanka unfortunately.

Only one thing may be. There was no soap in the room and only a small bottle with shower gel.

A really nice clean place to stay. A bit out of the way but I still walked in and out of town. The room was nice and cool with air conditioning.

The inclusion of a balcony was misleading - it's a shared landing to get into the room not a personal balcony. Definitely not a big deal.
