From the initial booking and onward, Rached was extremely communicative and helpful, truly a great host. This property is a beautiful attic apartment that is located perfectly in the city center. Every part of the Old City is easily walkable and there are great restaurants and bars everywhere. I stayed for 5 days with my family and couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely try to book for our next trip to Prague. One thing to be aware of, the apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. I only mention this in case you have a mobility impaired family member, it could be an issue.

Prague is a very nice and interesting City. It is in any case worthwhile visting Prague! It has a lot of nice buildings and a wonderful Centre. However, be aware of the fact that parking your car is expensive (about 170€ for 4 days). The Appartement from Rached was great. It was well equipped, very big and clean and comfortable. You have to go up 108 stairs to reach It but this was known because this fact is Part of the Description. It is not cheap but It is worth the Price!

This property really stood out amongst the listings we were considering, and indeed it was an ideal homebase for our 6 nights in Prague. Spacious, quiet and very well-appointed, it was a lovely place to return to each evening. The espresso maker and balcony were especially nice amenities, which we enjoyed daily! , Rached was helpful and very responsive, too, making the entire stay run smoothly. I hope to return to Prague and this well-located apt again some day.

We had a great time but the stairs were no joke. Also, the beds were a bit hard for my taste but the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Rached was on top of things and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The place is beautiful and within easy walking distance to all of Old Towns attractions. It was warm out, but the several split AC units worked excellent. If you can live with the climb up the stairs, and have a mature group, (strict noise rules, which we expected), this is a great spot. Don’t expect a professional pool table or brand new couch, but everything else was superb. Thanks Rached!

Excellent host with exceptional communication. Location is ideal. Quiet neighborhood yet short walk to Old Town and many beautiful streets. Well stocked kitchen with espresso maker. Able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend

We had a great stay in prague. The location was great and the host was very helpful. We were very happy about the air conditioning as it was very hot while we were there. The place does not have an elevator and there’s lots of stairs so pack light if we can!

Clean, quiet building and neighborhood; conveniently located to restaurants, tram and local supermarket; pool table (don’t expect too much…) was a nice distraction for kids. Appliances all in great shape. Air conditioning was great / critical. Balcony is a very nice bonus. The steps are no joke but manageable. 20 minute walk to train station.

Fantastic place - exactly as advertised. Extremely well- stocked with essentials and more. Very nice and clean. Location is as good as it gets. Stairs yes, but that’s the dealamd was known to us in advance. Rached was amazing and personable. Minimart at the entrance was convenient and there is also close walk to grocery store. I highly recommend this place for your visit to Prague.

Great location walking distance to everything. Kitchen was well stocked with a nice coffee machine. Beds very comfortable and the AC was a big plus. We did not mind too much the four flight of stairs (no elevator) because it helped keep us in shape after all the delicious food and beer we had.

The apartment was lovely. Not for faint of heart though, as there are many (108) steps and no elevator but if you don’t mind that it is worth the walk. Clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked, modern and coffee was provided 🙏 Full bathroom plus powder room was handy. Covered terrace/balcony was a good size and overlooked the city, lovely in the morning with coffee and evening with wine. Nice Perk! Apartment was easy walking to centre of Old Town and river. Also close to Hop on Hop off stops if you do that. Lots of restaurants, markets, and pastry/coffee shops nearby. Rached was easy to contact and nice to deal with. A very clean and very quiet and comfortable appartment in a very central location. The appartment is quite big, so you have plenty of room for a family holiday with some pool table tournaments. The rooms are bright and quite modern and you have a nice view over the roofs of Prague. The location is outstanding: you can reach everything in a walking distance - city highlights, shops, many good pubs and restaurants. Everything was best organized. Rached is a very kind and helpful person. We had very pleasant days there.

We had a lovely stay here. Just a short walk to the old town and everything Prague has to offer. Good size apartment. Very modern with everything you need, including a great coffee machine! Host was excellent. Met us at property and showed is around. Responded very quickly to online questions. Good value for money. I would absolutely stau here again.

Perfect apartment for our family of four. Completely modern apartment atop old Prague building. Just a few minutes to old town by foot makes this place ideal and quiet. Many restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. My sons loved the pool table! Great deck to watch New Years Eve fire works too.

The property is within walking distance to all of Old Town's attractions. Excellent restaurants very close, as well as markets for food to eat at home. The unit is spectacular. There was not one thing I could have wished for. The owner even arranged transportation to and from the airport. He met us at the location when we arrived and was kind to show us how everything worked (including an excellent espresso machine:). The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The deck was excellent for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equiped, even had a potato ricer! You could literally cook Thanksgiving dinner there no problem. I would book again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed. Elderly people with difficulty climbing stairs should not stay here though as the unit is a penthouse without an elevator.

Clean and convenient in a wonderful city. The apartment was just as pictured, and Rached was awesome.

This entire property was clean and great for us. The stairs were rough if you plan on having older guests or disabled. No complaints from us or problems otherwise. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were immaculate, lanai was quiet and comfortable. The guest should plan to bring shampoos and detergent, but the host supplies some. The apartment was quiet, clean, and stocked. Would stay here again. Minimart at the entrance. Thank you for your space!

The location was great-- very close to Old Town Square, but in a neighborhood with non-touristy shops and cafes (go to the Lidl supermarket on Na Porici for groceries). The kitchen was one of the best appointed VRBO kitchens that I've seen, with oil and vinegar, spices, whole coffee beans (real coffee grinder/maker) and tea provided. We had plenty of space for 4 people and enjoyed the pool table and balcony. Everything was clean. Rached was helpful and responsive. Two things to be aware of are (i) this is a fourth floor apartment with no elevator and (ii) the washer/dryer can take a ridiculously long time to run (we are Americans and not familiar with these stupid EU "green" restrictions on energy use by appliances); it's better to just hang your clothes to dry on the drying rack (also provided).

The property looks in the 1A location.. the hosts were courteous and took care of our concerns at short notice. the object was exactly as described. the billiard table should be overhauled, but it is definitely playable.

The only drawback is the eight flights up with no lift or elevator, but it's such an oasis that when you get inside that the stair climb quickly recedes from memory. It's a gem.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was well located and communication with host was very good. Plenty of fresh towels provided, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool table. The stairs were a bit tricky for the kids with suitcases but it was worth it! The beds were a bit soft but otherwise we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This apartment is located in a very convenient and quiet neighborhood mere minutes from almost every section of Old Town and New Town. As we stayed, we realized actually how well-positioned it is and appreciated it a lot. Just cross the main road, Revolutioncini (limited crosswalks because it's a main car/train thoroughfare) and you have the whole town center no more than 5 minutes' walk away from you. On the same block is the family-owned restaurant U Sadlu, which has true traditional Czech food (not just signs saying so like you see all over Karlova in the tourist areas). They are super-friendly there and a must-visit, 100 yards from the apartment's front door. On the same block one street over is the Gulden Draak Beerhuis which has a fabulous selection of Belgian beers on draft and in bottles. Their staff is also incredibly friendly and professional. I know it's not Czech beer, but there's plenty of that everywhere else you will visit, so enjoy the neighborhood offerings, especially when you're done for the day and want to relax close to the apartment. In the apartment are all the amenities you'll need if you want to cook a few meals at home during your stay. The kitchen area is well-stocked for use. There are a couple grocery stores within a five-minute walk of the apartment. The apartment is clean, really clean. There are a couple spots where you may see a water stain from an old roof leak or something like that and maybe a little wear-and-tear but the apartment is just flat-out immaculately clean, better than almost any VRBO place we have stayed before. It's impressive. The management are very good at communicating via text and quickly respond to questions. They are also very flexible in meeting up and getting keys to you, etc. Two important things about the place: 1) Stairs. Lots of them. It is a fourth floor apartment you have to walk up to. We went back and forth to the apartment several times each day and it's a lot of steps. Just be ready. 2) The Washing Machine. It works just fine but if you're not used to a European washer/dryer be ready for a 5+ hour cycle to wash but more importantly dry your clothes. If we came back to Prague, would we stay here again? Absolutely. No doubt about it.
