We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and wide range of food and a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.m. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
Special thanks to the the bartender HANA حنا he was absolutely an example to the excellent hospitality staff
And of course Maximus ماكسيموس(hope the spilling is correct) one of the reception staff was a great help for us in everything honestly we were so happy and they just made our vacation better with having a friendly and efficient staff!
Well done to the management of this iconic hotel ! We absolutely coming back soon

Nice hotel, breakfast, room, pool and beach all perfect. El gouna is a super place to go and Steigenberger is what we see the best option around the city
Simply take a tuc tuc for €0.30 to go around el Gouna. Steigenberger felt save and has if you like it everything you need for a super Holiday
2 small improvements possible
1) a lot of services are offered by external sales people. Around 5-10 people will bother you when you almost sleeping around the pool. Also the services they offer are almost double the price then when you book them online or in Down Town El Gouna.
2) the hotel restaurant is super expensive. €85 p.p. Going to down town again you have a luxury dinner for €25p.p so a bit overdone by Steigenbergers pricing.

Its cleanliness, and the rooms were smart.
Hotel is not advised for young couples, it is bery boring and has bad vibes.
I included half board which i paid a lot more than eating in down town el gouna for example, so i was expecting water or some kind of a drink next to my meal. This was not the case, we received a check and had to pay for out drinks. We were told drink are only included in breakfast.
The staff had a lot of bad vibes, unlike the other two hotels that we been too. Mr Moustafa was the only helpful one who provided us water can after our complaint.
I wouldn’t recommend for young couples to go l, pretty much nothing to do. Except for a small pool and super expensive bar and golf facilitates.

Czasem brakowało tuktukow lub taksówek pod hotelem i internet odbierał tylko w pokoju i tylko wtedy go korzystało się aktywnie z urządzenia, gdy tylko telefon się wygasił odliczało również wifi

A great infrastructure, very clean, very neat and modern design. The staff is amazing. The food is dicious with good varieties and high quality. The room is very convenient and very comfortable.
There is no beach on the see but there is small beach on the lagoon which is nice but very quite. Athough there is an option to book transport to a beach on the sea at the marina which is a nice beach but it is not convenient to commute every day.

First of all, the atmosphere of the place was amazing. The food was quite tasty, the pool was great. Moreover, the wifi connection was working very well in the room and i guess it will be enough for working there. Finally I would love to thank the staff since they were helpful and the reception were very cheerful and professional. I’m sure we will come again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting El gouna soon.
The location is a bit far and you need transportation evertime you want to go out
