Me and my husband just back a week ago and still we hold a lot of wonderful memories. We liked stuff so much and all r friendly and 24h ready to help. Special big thanks to ms Marina and mr Osama from reception, they are very very helpful. We loved the location, it is amazing you can reach all just in few minutes. The water channels are very clean as they are almost by the open water. The restaurant is very clean and fresh. The hotel is a beautiful garden ,it is lovely to have a walk. We definitely comeback again

prime location, walking distance from downtown town key restaurants , great view on the lagoon which is few meters away and walking distance from the pool

1. Old style room low value for high room rate 2. No extra pillows found in the room , the only one existed was very thin 3. AC remote control was not found in the room 4. Small mini fridge is not cooling 5. Breakfast is very bad 6. Oil used in the eggs is very smelly and stick to the clothes, seems low quality oil or multiple used 7. Orange juice and Apple juice at breakfast are very bad ( Apple is very heavy and Orange is poor quality tang ) 8. Bread at the breakfast is hard seems reused and not fresh 9. Mushroom used with the omelette at breakfast is not chewable it’s very hard seems low quality cans 10. overall Brekfast chefs and food sourcing need to be relooked at 11. When checking in , front desk receptionist said pool is heated which was the reason we booked this hotel , going to the pool , the guard said it’s almost summer and pool is not heated , it was very cold and we couldn’t use it , similarly the lagoon water was very cold and we couldn’t swim… so it should have been mentioned that the pool is not heated so we look for another place as it’s a chronic problem in gouna to find a swim heated place 12. No parking as the area is full 13. Price of non alcoholic drink at the pool bar is very very high for a sunshine ( sprite and grenadine 160 ++ EGP is unrealistic)

Very good and cozy hotel. Excellent food. In honor of the birthday, a cake was brought to the room, which was unexpected and pleasant.

The only way to get to the beach is by shuttle. There are some stones on the beach and very little sand and shallow water. But the hotel has a swimming pool, which allowed us to have a good time, the child could swim there wonderfully.

2nd visit. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff helpful and hard working. Room clean and comfortable. Pool area and gardens well maintained. Excellent breakfast

A long established problem everywhere that isn't going to go away. I don't want to get up at the crack of dawn to put my towel on one of the few sunbeds that have sunshine all day

Staff are extremely nice, Mr. Mina in reception and staff in restaurant and door man all are cheerful persons with big smile, Mr. Mina help us alot during check in and after. Thanks for staff. I like the idea that internet working all around. I like the shuttle boat alot and the man taking us to island is very nice man. Breakfast was nice.

Room is ancient and toilet is rustic , our room was in ground floor , I think high up rooms will be ok but the hotel was fully booked. High value for money especially with no all inclusive backage.

This is a very classy place and for a good price. The rooms and the gardens were beautiful. The location was amazing and serene, breakfast had lots of options, and the beach area was amazing.
