Out family stayed at Oakview Lodge while our son was playing at Dreams Park. Great property. Equipped with everything you could need. Wifi and Satellite TV worked great. Easy 15 minute drive to the Park or downtown Cooperstown.

This home was the perfect size for our group. We loved being able to come out to this beautiful space and decompress after the daily hustle and bustle of All Star Village. :)

We had a great time at this property while our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village. It was perfect for our family and friends. The views were spectacular, and it was very relaxing and peaceful.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Property spacious and well maintained. Communication with property owners was quick and helpful. Peaceful and quiet getaway , a good distance from town. Wonderful escape from the daily grind.

The house was a bit bigger than we needed for our stay but it was perfect for our little guy to explore. It was a great location and very comfy! My only point of feedback is that the plexiglass to block the wind for the hot tub must have been loose because it was a bit loud overnight but otherwise it was a great stay! Highly recommend!

Very clean, quiet area. We really enjoyed the hot tub looking at stars and moon at night. Definitely would like to stay again.

Amazing as always. Not only is the house continually clean and well stocked, Nate and Dana are super responsive and helpful. This is our sixth stay at the lodge and we love it more each time.

This was the perfect place to rest and recharge during our trip. It was out of town a little ways, but was perfect.

The location is definitely secluded which served our purposes well. Centrally located between Oneonta and Cooperstown which was ideal for our trip. The property itself was immaculate and well-stocked with cooking utensils, towels, bed linens etc. Nate and Dana were excellent hosts and greeted us upon arrival and took their time to explain the nuances of the property and to answer any questions. Their communication from the time of the booking to the time of check-out was prompt and professional. The quality of the internet speed was the only real flaw but given the secluded nature of the property it was nice to at least have something. Will consider staying here again next Fall.

This is our 3rd time renting from Dana and Nate. We love the property and can’t wait for the next visit!

Went to see a baseball game in Cooperstown. It was nice being so close to be able to have some meals there. The beds were very comfy, it was very clean, and the internet was sufficient to do school homework on. There was a checker board upstairs, and tvs on both floors. There was a firepit with firewood you could use but we never got to that. Lots of hooks to hang things on, and lots of towels provided which was nice. Very responsive host. If I am out that way again I would stay again for sure. Jen

What a lovely property and stay! We enjoyed everything about our stay here - the house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable - the rustic cabin decor was lovely. The hot tub was immaculate and just wonderful on a cooler late summer night. 5 star rental!

Roomy, Peaceful, Nice View, Relaxing, Comfortable Beds.

Great spot for a week of baseball with kids, parents and grand parents! Packed way too much, the house ready with everything needed for a weeks stay. The kids enjoyed the pond and deer spotting. Hot tub was relaxing and beds were comfortable. Long days and late nights at the park meant not a lot of time at the house but it was very comfortable when we were home. Dana met us, explained some things and was available,if we had any questions. It is about 15 minutes from the ball park and 15 min. from Cooperstown, a nice town, lots of restaurants and shops. If you are going with a group, I’d definitely recommend this house!

We had a great stay. We traveled in from Maryland for our son to play baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was nice and clean and gave plenty of room. It was in great location to Cooperstown and the baseball fields. Tons of restaurants. Coopers Barn is our favorite place to get ice cream. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Only downfall was the service for phones. Once you go up the mountain service is very spotty but it was nice to unplug some.

My family had the best experience at your property. The proximity to Cooperstown was ideal…we loved the open spaces around the cabin…and the layout of the cabin was spacious yet slept our crew of 6 perfectly! It was clean and well stocked and enabled us to easily fix meals in the kitchen and on the grill. I would highly recommend this property! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful as well!

My family stayed at this lovely home while we were in town playing at Cooperstown Dream Park. It was an easy 15+ min drive to the ball fields, and similar to most other attractions- with some restaurant options closer. House was clean, views are beautiful - our family especially enjoyed fishing the pond across the way. We didn’t spend too much time in the house, so not sure if there are games and such for kids entertainment. The WiFi is weak- so no streaming and touch and go regarding cell service. Kitchen was adequate and grill worked great— would absolutely stay here again!

The place was lovely and spotless! We only stayed for two nights but enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery. Heads up to other guests, the hosts ask that you not stream anything on the WiFi, so you will have to download whatever you want to watch before you reach the house. This wasn't a problem for us since we had already downloaded podcasts for the drive. There is a DVD player. We will definitely stay longer next time, though we may ask for a later checkout than 9am in the future. Quite a lovely place to stay and only about 15-20 minutes from restaurants in Cooperstown.
