Wonderful vacation. Beautiful apartment.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host, Rashed, gave us a lovely welcome and took time to show us around. The apartment has a cosy but spacious feel and presented even better in reality than the photos. We loved the artwork and the amenities were great, it felt like someone’s special place that had been decorated with love. The location is excellent and despite being so central, and even having an Irish pub downstairs, there were no noise issues whatsoever. The pub even had a lovely vibe with people of all ages enjoying the food and drinks. Being on the top floor, there are stairs to navigate but the staircase is very wide and the steps are shallow with a landing in between floors. Once our luggage was up, we were grateful for the extra steps given all the wonderful food treats we experienced in Prague. Overall we would highly recommend this property and Rashed’s hospitality.

Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, tourist sites, and the unit was well furnished. The owner was very responsive to all questions.

Really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. Great location, welcomed and shown around by Rached, would recommend to anyone although you do need to be able to climb a few flights of stairs.

Great location and place. We had six of us and everybody had their own space. It was great. It was not an issue for us, but if you are not in good physical shape you will not be able to make it up and down the many flights of stairs.

Close to old town. Rached secured us a ride from airport, met us and gave an overview of place and also provided great restaurant recommendations. Place was great for a large family or group. Only caution is if you can’t climb stairs. Highly recommend

Fabulous location for central Prague. Close to all tourist areas, plenty of restaurants/bars/take-aways nearby. The apartment was ideal for our group of 6 and the pool table was a great attraction. Our host Rached was extremely helpful throughout the booking and reception process and his communication was second to none. Hw=e also arranged transfers from and to the airport for us, thanks for everything Rached. One thing that might interest following customers is the fact that the apartment is on the 6th floor and there are 135 steps to climb, not one for those with mobility issues!

Loved the location and the room set-up at the apartment. You get your steps in everyday but there is a great Irish Pub down below if you work up a thirst!

Everything about this rental was smooth and seamless. The owner pays special attention to the guests and made us feel like it was our own home. They took care of all the little details which helped us focus on our vacation rather than where to buy certain supplies. The location was perfect and we got to experience the best of Prague. We had a great stay at the property. Rhe location is excellent and the house is very spacious and bright. You can even see the castle from the living room!

Rached was great and allowed us to check in early and leave out bags. Great property in the heart of old town. 5 min walk to the old town square.

Location was excellent. Some furniture, pool table a little worn but amenities were excellent, beds comfortably and everything with short walk.

The apartment was as described and was located in a fantastic spot close to everything. The Vltava River was only a 5 minute walk, the Astronomical Clock and square was only a short 10-15 minute walk. The walk from this apartment to the castle was very enjoyable and had some great views of the city along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even enjoyed the walks up the 6 flights of stairs. The apartment was very comfortable and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Even with the 96F temps the AC kept us cool.

Couldnt fault apartment. Even with top floor and 132 stairs with no lift, this minor pain falls away quickly when you are relaxed in the apartment. Highly recommend it if you are mobile and want comfort and convenience.

We were 8 guys the Appartment is perfectly clean and the host provided us with a 5 star experience (slippers, espresso machine with milk frother etc.) The billiards table was also a great addition along with the Bluetooth speaker. The only thing to know before you book is that you are on a 6 story walk up but if you can handle that it's an amazing experience!

Wir haben mit 12 Personen hier 4 Nächte verbracht. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist herrlich groß, hell, fröhlich. Der Billiardtisch war fast rund um die Uhr im Einsatz. 11 bequeme Betten (aufgeteilt in 3 Schlafzimmer a 3 Betten und 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett) und ein Schlafplatz auf der Couch. Dazu 3 Bäder (eins davon nur mit WC, eins nur mit Wanne und Dusche). So kamen wir uns nicht in die Quere. Die Küche ist zwar nicht komplett ausgestattet (bei 10 Gabeln und Löffeln, mussten wir uns zu 12.etwas arrangieren), aber kochen und backen ist trotzdem möglich. Wenn man aus der Haustür stolpert ist jede Sehenswürdigkeit fußläufig. Man befindet sich fast im Herzen Prags. Zur Karlsbrücke sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich würde nicht unbedingt empfehlen mit dem Auto anzureisen. Das nähste Parkhaus ist am Palladium oder Rudolfinum und kostet etwa 25€ am Tag. Ist halt teuer. Im Gegensatz dazu fährt man vom Hauptbahnhof nur 3 Stationen Tram, was etwa 1,50€ kostet (Vorsicht, in Prag muss man für Gepäck eine eigene Fahrkarte kaufen). Für lauffaule oder gar gehbinderte Menschen muss man dazu sagen, dass die Wohnung im 6. Geschoss ohne Aufzug liegt. Dafür ist die Aussicht gut. Von der Terrasse sieht man die Spitzen des Nam. Republiky. Der große Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Es gibt noch einen Tisch und 4 weitere Stühle in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war tiptop. Unsere vielen Fragen wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Uns fehlte zum Beispiel bei der Anreise die beschriebene Bluetooth Box. Diese hat nach wenigen Minuten eine Mitarbeiterin vorbei gebracht. Bei der Anreise wurden wir nett begrüßt und herum geführt. Zur Abreise um 11 Uhr durften wir sogar unsere Koffer bis nachmittags stehen lassen und später abholen. Alle Angaben in der Beschreibung haben gestimmt. FAZIT: Für große Gruppen uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Es war eine tolle Zeit. Jederzeit wieder

There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The only negative is the stairs--the apartment is 6 flights up and there is not an elevator. It was not a problem for our families but would be extremely difficult for many seniors or disabled guests.

Super beliggenhed og skøn lejlighed med god plads, alt i udstyr og sød og venlig udlejer. Vi var 7 personer der tilbragte 4 nætter I denne skønne lejlighed.

We had a great stay and the accommodations were awesome! Plenty of space and nice touches like coffee provided. The location was also great to the town of Prague. Overall very nice and we would recommend. Note: The spacious apartment is located on the 5th floor and it is quite the hike up the steps.

super god lejlighed ! og god service fra udlejers side, vi ankom tildligere end check inn ! men vi lov at checke ind kl 9.00 ca ! lejligheden har nyrenoverede badeværelser og køkken ! eneste lille minus er en manglende elevator ! i bunden af bygningen ligger en irsk pub, james joyce ! god mad til meget fornuftige priser, da vi skulle se landskamp søndag var det også muligt at checke ud kl 13 istedet for 11, fantsatisk service ! vi parkerede på en lille offentlig parkeringsplads(gratis) i de 4 dage vi var der uden problemer ! lejligheden ligger i gå afstand til alt hvad man behøver. helt sikkert et sted vi vil vende tilbage til

We were a group of nine people and had a wonderful time in the apartment. The flat was at least as good as in the pictures, the air conditioners in every room were a true blessing, Gabriela was of great help and immediately answered any of our questions that we sent her by phone. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with comfortable beds. The rest of the furniture was also great (we really liked the big couch in the living room) and the best thing was the pool table which witnessed unforgettable matches. The kitchen doesn’t leave much to be desired. It is conveniently sized and offers room for at least three people to work behind the counter at the same time. There are lots of pans, a great coffee machine, a hand blender and a sandwich maker. The balcony/terrace is very quiet and big enough to easily seat nine people. It was the perfect environment to relax and inspired deep interesting conversations. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance, it doesn’t take more than five minutes to get to the beautiful Vltava. The only downside of the apartment is the fact that there is no elevator, in other words, you need to climb quite a few stairs to get to the top (5th) floor. It was a good workout for us, though, and made the size of our leg muscles increase significantly. All in all, the apartment is a wonderful oasis of peace and silence, perfectly suited to retreat after a day in the busy parts of the city and to recharge your batteries in order to be ready for further plunges into the life of this exciting metropolis.

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful apartment. It had recently undergone some renovations and is even more lovely and spacious than the pictures depict. The location is perfect, approximately a 2 minute walk to Old Town Square, and surrounded by pubs, restaurants, stores etc. The terrace was a beautiful additional feature, showcasing the red tile roofs and spires of Prague- it was lovely day and night. Gabriela was nice, very responsive, and addressed any concerns promptly. Book this apartment and you will not be disappointed! Thank you, we had a wonderful vacation!
