The tour they arranged was overpriced at almost double what you would pay at the local tourist information centres which we discovered too late.

Everything was great, staff were so nice and helpful, breakfast was simple but very good, location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Room was lovely, bed very comfy, shower and bathroom very spacious and clean, great WIFI. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Ein sehr freundliches Personal. Mit perfekten Sprachkenntnissen in deutsch und englisch. Auf Anfrage haben wir ein Taxi zu/vom Flughafen bekommen für 120Zlotys. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Wir würden das Atrium jedesmal wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer bestellt. Aus Gründen des Ausfalls einer Person haben wir 1 Doppelzimmer per Telefon umbestellt. Das Einzelzimmer wurde und mit dem gleichen Preis berechnet, wie das Doppelzimmer.

Some of the rooms were old

Everything. The location was perfect between the market square without being caught up in the tourist noise. Yet close to a major shopping centre and the train station. The room is so large and comfy with modern finishes. The staff were professional and helpful. We loved the restaurant menu the chef must be commended on high quality meals. So much I preferred to eat in than going else where. We will always come back.

Our stay was too short.

The atrium with restaurant and bar had a cool and modern design and service was good. Room was quite large, (3 beds in our double room)

No criticism, just to be aware of. Seeing the fancy and renovated lobby and atrium may give an impression that the other floors and rooms are equally boutiquely designed. They are not, but they are ok in a more standard hotel room kind of way.

Good location, helpful staff, tasty dinner in the restaurant.

We were accomodated in a room with quite loud noice coming from somewhere, like very loudly working fridge, but outside apartment. I asked to change it, staff was very helpful and changed a room for us, noise there was heard, but not so loud. Not sure what would we do if there was no availability of other rooms, i couldn’t sleep there. Hotel has to do something about it, i would definately not book it if I knew this problem.

Hotel location was brilliant. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant.

Some aspects of the room needed attention. Carpet was rising in places and tiles cracked in bathroom. Very minor observations in an otherwise perfect room

Location and Cleanliness

Hotel was lovely. I opted for the budget room which was great. Just the right size. Very clean. Surprised that the room actually got cleaned as we only stayed for 2 nights and other hotels I’ve been to haven’t done this. Beds are also very comfy and excellent location. The lady’s on the reception are extremely helpful.

The tv wouldn’t work which wasn’t an issue we just went on our phones instead of a night. Only thing that would’ve made the room better was a fridge. As there was a tea and coffee station in the room but there was no milk. Also if we wanted to bring drinks/ food back to the room there was no way of keeping it cool.

rooms were dated, a little dirty and dusty which was a shame- we were told they were slowly updating the rooms. but the current contrast between the lobby/bad to the rooms is huge!
