الموقع مميز والفندق نظيف بمقدار نجمه واحده

ولكن توجد به ملاحظات مثال لايوجد حمام للتواليت و لاتوجد به مكوى لكي الملابس لايوجد مشروبات في الثلاجه ولايوجد به شاي وكافيه وكذلك الغرفة كانت صغيرة جداً جداً موظفي الاستقبال جيدين ولكن عمال النظافة المتواجدين كسولين جداً جداً جداً بإدعاء انه لوحده يعمل في الفندق وكذلك إذا طلبت منه عنل خدمه بسيطه كشراء ماء او كي ملابس من خارج الفندق كون الفندق غير متوفره هذه الخدمات فيرفض بناء على توجيهات المشرف سوداني الجنسية حينما اخبرته بان الخدمات غير متوفره لا مكوى ملابس ولا قزازة ماء فرفض قاطعاً بان ينزل العامل شراء حذاء الحمام وقزازة ماء وكذلك كي الملابس مما اسائني كثيراً تصرف العاملين والمشرف سوداني الجنسية

location, room size was good and big hotel. staff were nice

Property was good, it has transport to the Haram. Let us check out late which was nice of them,

Property wasn’t clean, there was things broken inside the room. We kept asking for house keeping it never happened. Not many places to eat from as the hotel doesn’t provide anything.

No there is no braekfast

Manager was rude

nothing all bad

No toilet paper, no water, mosquitoes everywhere.

Very spacious, clean enough

The screen is not a tv, so it was not used. There was no toilet paper, the window could not close and cats could be heard from outside. Also, I could hear people talking next door.

The bed was big and comfortable. The place is clean, except for the carpet with stains. Expected of the most hotels in Makkah, accommodating hujjaj every year. But over all, the room was actually clean. Food stall and restos are all near.

The aircon was not working well. Even on 18 to 19degrees at high cool or auto mode. All the same. It was not cold. Alhamdulillah, we checked in during winter days. So it was tolerable with outside's weather.

The rooms area was very good (25 & 30 m2), the beds were comfortable and clean. The toilet was satsified.

Although the place was looks to be new, but the mate needs to be cleaned regularly, and some missing itrms needs to checked ( snikers and tissue,)
