Location walking distance to my office. Friendly staff and everybody always smiling.

I think some bathroom supplies you need to request on a daily basis like dental kit, vanity kit and shaving kit. Majority of the hotel I stayed it is automatic everyday.

The Location of J5 hotel from the Airport, Metro deira city centre mall and other good feature in dubai is absolutely magnificent. The hotel is extremely clean, Well kept, very Good breakfast and the staff are super attentive to detail and all the time I was there the staff kept checking up on me.

Absolutely nothing that could capture my eye as being Negative to my stay at J5 Hotel. I Enjoyed my stay and I always enjoy my time at J5 hotels. Lively place and lovely people. It's a place to be for any one looking to stay in deira city centre.

I have been staying their on holidays for years now. I must say that it is in a great location not far from the airport and the employees are really helpful. It is very comfortable.

Staff are the most valuable asset of this hotel. They are all lovely, polite, and attentive to the guests. Mai, Edward, and Farouk are exceptionally nice. You will leave with remarkable experience and wonderful memories, that is for sure. I liked the size of the roof swimming pool, the size of the rooms and the upgraded smart TVs. The location is superb and close to the Deira City Center (for shopping and dinning obviously) as well as Dubai Airport (for long transit flights). There is also a park nearby for recreational activities.

The staff is very friendly and helpful i made a mistake with my booking and Mr Savito save me by calling booking.com and fix the problem it's very good service from everyone. Thanks
