This is my second stay in his hotel. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel is close to a mall.
I was in a shower, and I realized there were no towels in the room. I had to get out of the shower and called the front desk.

Room os spacious. Buffet is delicious
Towels are not as white as before. More of like you're questioning yourself if it was a clean towel or not because of it being dirty white despite being provided anew.
Breakfast buffet is delicious but we have been there for two consecutive days and therw is no difference from one day to the other. We were hoping the food each day varies from the ones served the day before but alas, no.

We like most especially the location of the hotel. Also, the room is very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our staycation.
There are facilities that are not usable, like the swimming pool. We also observed a lot of bottles and cigarette butts outside the window of our room.

No free breakfast for online booking since the online bookings are paying much such internet online payment charges and others.

The buffet were great value for the money. Staff were friendly pleasant and courteous. Location is great.
The facility needs major facelift, tummy tuck and major internal surgery, so to speak.

All is well, smooth check-in and check-out.
Room service is great. Staffs were respectful.
Room was clean. Large comfy bed.
Connecting doors, luckily the bolt was at my side of the door. I can hear other guests voices from the other room of the connecting door.

They did not check the door's battery. The whole day. Ipon check in ang even until we came back that night ee weren't able to come inside immediately because the battery was weak.

this place has lots of potential, rooms are clean and large. Staff was very accommodating and trying very hard to please customers needs.
lots of things didn’t work. first room no hot water, you have to slam room doors to get locking mechanism to close door, they moved us to second room, AC didn’t have a remote in room, and unfortunately no room key card would actually unlock door, making us wait for hotel staff with a mechanical key to unlock our door.
