I only like the location of my room. That location is awesome in front of beach.

I didn't like anything about room service, staff of hotels are very lazy, no cleanliness, no food provided by hotel, we have to order the food from there tieup restaurant, which is very expensive and quantity of food is very less..

The location was really good. Near the beach.

Restaurant service was a disappointment. Got no support. Had to order from swiggy instead.

There was no access to the hotel kitchen and their extension phones were not working, hotel White Beach is having connectivity to the Calnagute Goa Rsidency hotel, costs were exorbitant high one glass of milk was costing Rs 100/- plus room service was not available

The location is nice.

The rooms need repairs and basic necessities like tea and coffee pouches. The switch boards need repairs. More customer friendly front desk personnel. The gate needs guards. The restaurant service also needs more efficient people. 8 had to make several calls for 1 dish i had ordered.

Decent staff, Prompt complain resolution, cleaned room.

I see no Exhaust fan in the washroom.
