Very clean facilities and beds. That's my main requirement and I had absolutely no issues. They also very kindly let me keep my bags on premises for a while after check out since I had a few hours between check out and my train.

Note that there is no lift, so unless you're in a ground floor room you'll have to climb up stairs. The dining room is down a stairwell as well. Would've been fine if I hadn't injured my knee during the trip :)

Lovely place to stay- clean comfortable room and made to feel welcome by Paul, Hayley and staff. Good location for all requirements Nothing is too much trouble and after our days out when we returned to the bar they were great company along with other guests who we were lucky enough to meet and had lots of laughs with which made our holiday special - Thank you -would highly recommend this proprerty

Great choice of breakfast. Single room a little small, but it was clean, tea & coffee available, excellent shower, instant hot water . Good indoor & outdoor relaxing furniture. Handy for railway and the excellent buses available.

Hayley and Paul were excellent hosts and made us very welcome. Food was very good. Location excellent, short walk into the town and to the beach.

Room had plenty of space and storage for clothes etc. Hayley & Paul were superb hosts, indeed, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. A good choice of evening sacks at reasonable prices. Ample bar facilities.

Difficult to find a suitable (flat) place in the shower unit for soap etc whilst taking a shower. No other gripes.

Warm welcome, lovely room, perfect location for us, great breakfast.
