This property far exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures really don't do it justice. It's beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Incredible view of the water. It truly feels like a home where you can relax. The location is perfect. We were just a few minutes walk from anything we wanted to do. The train station is less than ten minutes away, so getting to other parts of the country was incredibly easy. So many fabulous restaurants within a few blocks. Hard to beat! Our host was so kind and friendly. We didn't have many needs while we were there, but when I did reach out, he responded right away. He seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good time, which was so nice. I cannot recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough! We loved our time here and were sad to leave. The perfect spot in Lisbon for groups or families!

Lovely fourth floor apartment with a water view that is walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There is underground parking across the street. The metro, bus and trolley stops are within 2 blocks. The train station and ferry are within walking distance. Many restaurants close by. Antonio responded promptly when we had questions.

Views are amazing and quiet apartment building!! Amazing city so much to see! Lots of walking uphill and downhill so this 4th floor apartment added extra effort to tired legs, if your used to walking you will be fine. I recommended packing light and smaller suitcase to maneuver through the various city areas of Portugal. Better instruction for parking would have been very helpful, address and landmarks to look for, driving isn’t easy in Portugal when your from another country. Host was very easy to get in touch with, and accommodating:)

This place is amazing! It’s huge! We felt like we kept finding more rooms around every corner when we first checked in. I think I counted 3 private bedrooms downstairs with 4 beds total (plus a couple large couches) with two full bathrooms and a big kitchen with clothes washer… and then upstairs was a LARGE loft area with FOUR more beds, plus another bathroom. There is also a balcony that over looks the river from which you can see the April 25th bridge and even the statue of Christ across the river. The location is PERFECT for a stay in Lisbon. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. The host is incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to drop our bags off early while the place was still being prepared that morning. I would definitely recommend this home, and hope be staying here again on my next visit. Just make sure you are prepared to climb steps! There is no elevator, but that is normal for most apartments in the area. Book it!

Toller Ausgangspunkt um Lissabon zu entdecken. Für Kurztrip in großer Gruppe bietet die Wohnung alles was man braucht.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the view from the living room over the Tagus and the great location. Antonio was very nice and responsive. The apartment is quite spacious and was very quiet at night. It worked very well for our visit to Lisbon.

Our group of eight were extremely satisfied with the spacious clean well equipped apartment offering spectacular views of the river and the old town. A special bonus was watching the New Year's eve fireworks from our balcony. The best view ever. Antonio, the owner, and his son were extremely gracious hosts and very helpful with a variety of our requests. We recommend this place without any hesitation.The only minor glitch was lack of light in the upstairs bathroom.

The apartment was really nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the strong fried fish smell all the way up 4 flights of steps and there was a bad odor coming out of the bidet in the master bedroom on the first floor. The apartment was very spacious and the landlord was very friendly.

Met 7 dames in Lissabon geweest en genoten van dit geweldige appartement. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum in de gezellige wijk Alfama. Deze wijk is erg leuk om gezellig doorheen te slenteren, met allerlei leuke straatjes en veel trappen, waar je hele leuke foto`s kunt maken :) De fado muziek wordt hier met veel passie gezongen en klinkt fantastisch door de straten heen. De metro ligt op 5 minuten loopafstand, ideaal. De woning heeft 3 badkamers, ook heel belangrijk met 7 dames! Al met al: Het was fantastisch !!! We’re a party of 10 people staying in this lovely apparent. Masses of space and a fantastic view! The apartment was perfectly situated in the old part of Lisbon, near to everything. The owner, Antonio, was great and attentive to our needs. I can highly recommend this place and after a week of climbing those stairs my level of fitness have improved 😉 Anneli Keijser

Incredible apartment, absolutely huge with everything you need! We loved our stay, the location is incredible and the host was extremely friendly. He even let us leave our bags in the apartment on our last day to save us carrying them with us all day. The area is incredible, close to a lot of touristy things and some great restaurants, it's quieter than other parts of Lisbon but that was exactly what we wanted to give us a place to rest well. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

The location was perfect as you can walk everywhere to the city and easy access to Metro station. Plenty rooms for 9 people and have an air conditioning. Climbing 4 flights of stairs were sometimes difficult but was not an issue. The view over looking the river and the city is amazing.
