Красивое распоряжение отеля, на вершине, оттуда открывается красивый вид на Нувара-Элию. Вкусный большой завтрак, дружелюбный персонал, красивая лаунж-зона.

Было прохладно, но мы включали обогреватель и тёплое одеяло, не дало замёрзнуть

The hospitality, the atmosphere What’s not to like here. Everything is picture perfect. Additionally the vibe is just very inviting.

To be honest, there is nothing much.

The hotel can not be a 5 stars hotel. 3,5 is fair. The staff was friendly however payment by CC was not available and I have to pay in cash, which was a problem for me without earlier notice. For the breakfast, we waited more than one hour extra.

The hotel is not maintained properly. Better if they sell their rooms as 3 stars so the expectation of the guests will be not that high.

The room air conditioning was not working and the staff made no effort to fix it.

Too remote, half an hour from Nuwara Eliya mostly down a single track road. no WiFi. Views of the forest from our room were spoiled by a corrugated roof, and the view of the garden by an old gas bottle and a builders ladder.

the hospitality of the staff -Roshan and Samantha- very attentive and helpful. And for us a bath with unlimited hot water. Good food with fresh locally grown vegetables

it was probably alittle too isolated for what was supposed to be an overnight stay.

the view was amazing, on one side I had a beautiful lane valley and on the other could see the bustling village and the mountains in the distance which were amazing during sunset and sunrise. the food was great as well and the staff were very helpful overall an amazing stay !

The villa is located a bit further from the centre and has a Beautiful view around. It’s very different form an ordinary hotel, I loved the style of it, like a big house with a cozy cole room and a few tremendous terraces. I enjoyed the breakfast on one of them more than anywhere in Sri Lanka. The boys who work there are sweetest and innocent

While booking, double check about the view. In our room it was great but had a view on some metal constructions right under the window so if you care about the view, request the room without it. In our room there was a leakage in bathroom from the celling.

The Forest and lake is an exquisite place in the mountain country of Sri Lanka, the location is something to be seen in person, images don’t do it justice. It’s nestled between a gorgeous lake valley and a village, my room facing the village provided me with a stunning sight as the sun set and the lake valley gave off a beautiful sunrise while I enjoyed fresh cup of tea with my breakfast. Apart from the stunning outdoors, the interior of the hotel doesn’t fall short of appeal what so ever. Made to look like a rustic cabana the coal room and lobby were the most relaxing, my room was amazing as well. The location is quite harder to reach however in my opinion it is perfectly placed closer to the Ambewela farm and Horton Plains national park for the adventure seekers. Knowing that the main road was not up to par, we contacted the place, a very kind staff member informed us that there’s an alternative road that led to the bungalow which was a relief. Arriving at the hotel we were treated with a rustic cottage style aesthetic that put our minds at ease. The bungalow was rustic however it was very modern and intuitive where it counted, the bathroom was well built and modernized with an excellent shower system, which we did not expect to find this far from the town. The staff was incredibly helpful and we were greeted with smiles everywhere. Service was quick and the tea was some of the best we’ve had from smaller hotels. There was ample parking as well so we did not have to worry about our vehicle, there was an option of parking in a gated area or on the front entrance which we picked. Overall we had an incredible stay and were blown away by the location. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

We were upgraded free to the fancy suite which was lovely... the hotel is nice also the garden. Its is clean...

Location! Hard to find the place and the road is bad if you love your car.. the view is okay, the view is covered by sorrounded new buildings, visa card not accepted, need to bring in cash!

This is excellent plase to stay for all. And superb room and arrangements.
