The home was beautiful and in a great location. The view from the roof is incredible. The host was very accommodating to my group and I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Philadelphia. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance too.

We were here for a convention at convention center. Lyft was roughly 7 minutes Subway ride was 18 minutes including walking Walking was a bit more than 30 minutes. There was plenty of local supplies, target, groceries etc. And the little bit of cooking we did was fine. The neighborhood was pretty quite after 11pm. All the beds, bathrooms etc. worked fine.

Our entire family descended on Philly for the Eagles - Cowboys game. We came from Massachusetts, Florida, and the Jersey shore. The house was perfect for our needs, within easy walking distance to the Broad Street Line (best way to get to the stadium), and Pat's Steakhouse for post-game cheese steaks. Nathan was a communicative and very helpful property manager!

My colleagues and I came into Philly for a conference. The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was lovely.

Perfect stay for a big group and very centric. We loved how spacious the house was and it had all the materials we needed. Parking was often easy to find, Nathan was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This property well met our needs for extended family to father and go to a Temple and Penn basketball game. We were very comfortable in the house & neighborhood.

Very nice place but the thermostat was not working properly, so it was sweltering, and the property manager never got back to us with a solution. There was also no plug for the jacuzzi bathtub, so it was unusable.

Excellent for three families with older children.

We had a great stay here this past weekend. Spent the weekend with friends and the place was exactly as described. Everything was well kept and perfect for our group of 9.

My team and I stayed in Philly for two nights for a festival. It's always nice when we can find a place to house all of us. It makes traveling, eating and rehearsing so much easier. This rowhouse ended up being perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The open layout of the first floor was welcoming and the kitchen is nice and has pretty much everything you would need. Also Uber and Instacart drivers were able to find the location easily, so if you don't want to cook you have options. The house features three full bathrooms, two single bedrooms, one double and the lower level has three beds. We all had similar sleep schedules, so it worked out but if you have a full house and someone likes to get up very early understand that noise travels. There is a back patio, but the roof deck is AMAZING and features a wonderful downtown skyline. It felt like a safe city neighborhood and check out instructions were easy to follow. It was a great trip.

Great sports weekend in Philly--location of home is close to subways, so getting around was easy. Condo was perfect size for our group of 8 and had everything we needed.

What an excellent home. I was so impressed on how clean and roomy the home was. And I was actually blown away with the rooftop patio area. I actually had no idea it was going to offer a spectacular view of the Philly skyline. Overall I give the hone a 9.9999. Would be a 10 if there were more pillows. But that is the only thing I can think of that wasn’t perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and we BBQed a nice dinner on Saturday night. Thank you to the owners and VRBO!!!!

Great place. All around amazing. Exceeded expectations!

We had a great stay here during our time in the city. In an excellent spot between center city and the South Philly sports complex, we were always a quick Uber away from our next location. Parking was surprisingly easier than anticipated. Our host was accommodating and we appreciate how clean the space was. Would definitely book again.

Nate came through after a previously booked place was unexpectedly cancelled. The place was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our stay.

Plenty of room for a party of 10. All the areas were clean and it was very closeby to the city. Nate was an excellent host and was quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

What a beautiful home and was such a great location. Was able to walk every where we needed. Even with the little ones. Weather made the roof top even that much more enjoyable! Will definitely stay again when staying in the city again!

This neighborhood felt safe, had everything we needed nearby, and was a quick uber into downtown. We had plenty of room and space, the house was gorgeous and well kept.

This home is in a really convenient location that made our travel very easy. We stayed with two other families and had plenty of space. The bedrooms are all good sizes, bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if our travel sports schedule brings us to town.

Had a big group of guys for the weekend and eagles game. It’s a good spot with a lot of beds. Quick Uber to center city or the linc. Would recommend.

Our large family found this property to be perfect. The house was comfortable, with lots of space. The real plus was the roof top terrace. We enjoyed it every night! The neighborhood had diversity and nice neighbors.

2nd time staying here so that alone says a lot.

We had a good visit to Philadelphia and mostly enjoyed the property. The location was excellent and convenient to the historic district and most other locations including a very close subway stop. The host was very responsive. However, the cleanliness and maintenance on the property left a bit to be desired. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but lacked spare towels and hand towels (several towels had holes in them). A number of vents were dirty. Upon arrival the floors were a bit dirty with mostly crumbs and some minor debris. The host offered to send the cleaning staff back over, but we were already unpacked and settled so opted not to take advantage of the offer. The bluetooth speaker system was not operational. The deck area had been rearranged from the photos and was a bit less inviting as the covers had not been replaced and the furniture was wet and had suffered significant fading. Also, some of the furniture is different from the photos (main seating area, basement, and dining chairs in particular). Four of the six dining room chairs and all of the barstools are entirely metal and not very comfortable. The floors are attractive, but they creak loudly which caused problems when people are still trying to sleep.

Plenty of space, great location!

Our group was really blown away with the house. It’s a beautiful place with a great rooftop view of the city. Street parking was easy to find and all the major landmarks you would want to visit in Philadelphia are 15 minute drive away. Would highly recommend staying here.
