Linda was very accommodating and available to help. We had a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained and the garden was exceptional. Really enjoyed our time.

Lovely accommodation. Room spacious with double bed, sofa, arm chair and dining table. Patio doors out to seating area and beautiful garden where we saw squirrels and many birds on feeders and geese overhead. Breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your request. Good choice of breakfast items. Lovely host who was friendly, attentive and not intrusive We had a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, warm and cosy. The host was very welcoming, and breakfast was great, the garden is great too, we even had a visit from a squirrel

Finding the place in the dark, bad road

Lynda is a very kind and welcoming host, texts back really fast. The room was clean and cozy, breakfast is served in the room, so you enjoy complete privacy. The location was perfect if you visit Scotland by car. Not far from the airport. Stayed there twice and would book again :) thanks to Lynda we felt at home away from home :)

It was our second stay at the B&B and everything was perfectly fine again. We had to wake up really early to go to the airport and Lynda brought us breakfast (lots of stuff including orange juice, croissants, pancakes, joghurt, fruits) the night before. 100% recommend the B&B

Beautiful garden views. Near the city with a short bus ride. very comfortable large room suite with cosy gowns and warm heating. Breakfast is brought to your room with a separate dining area in the suite. Highly recommended.

The proprietor was fab! She provided a great breakfast and was great about getting us a cab and helping us with some other details. one of the best bnbs we have stayed in.

I loved how comfortable the place was. The garden was so adorable! In nicer weather I would have spent more time there. Shower was nice. Bed was comfy. The robes made my stay! and the comfy blankets! Lynda was so lovely and accommodating. She booked us a taxi for the following day, she made breakfast for us the night before so we can have it early before our flight!

Not very close to anything, except the airport. We did order food in.

Fantastic breakfast served IN THE ROOM at a time to suit The owner went out of her way to be helpful and very friendly, with supreme service and the accommodation was superb in EVERY way So pleased we are planning a return visit next year

spacious room with seating area also with option of family twin that we didn’t need this time around lovely garden that the French does opened up to with seating available outside too Linda (the host)was most welcoming and delivered breakfast in the morning to the table setting it out for us in the morning we felt spoilt

Very friendly welcome from Lynda, our second visit here. We loved the room at the back with great views of the beautiful garden & birdlife. Great choice of breakfast items, all freshly served. Very quiet at night, despite being near the road. Would recommend!

Excellent hostess, very welcoming. Good choices for breakfast. Located near bus stop for city centre and also the airport.

We didn’t mind the short walk to the bus stop but some might find it taxing going up the hill. OK on the way back. Very regular service.
