There was no outside access to our room so it felt very safe. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent.

Some of the room doors slammed shut unless carefully closed. At times it could be a little startling.

The price was worth the value and the location was great and easy access to interstate. Plus there was in was in close distance to restaurant, gas station and the Wal-Mart.

The fact that you cant check in till 3pm but wants you out by 11am or they are going to keep your deposit. I truly think that is unfair that you cant check in early especially if your driving from out of town and sometime the drive will get you there early. I would have cared if I had to pay for a early check in. Other hotel do allow early check in if the room are availed and ready. If that the case them you should really state that on your website because I didn't' see it. The room was okay some crack were in the tub and in the wall.

The room was dirty floor felt nasty and I even killed a few roaches during my stay.

Apparently the room was clean and it looked good at first glance.

We were given room 122. It was the first one next to a door through which people came in from the parking lot. We constantly heard the door slam shut. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed because people went out there to smoke, even being a cold December. The windowsill was full of cans the next morning because people had been drinking there until almost 3 am. The heater had a slot underneath and the air from outside came in. We tried to fix it by putting the heater on, but it hadn't any option to stop at a certain temperature and the room started to be too hot. However, if you turned it off it was cold. Also, and the worst part, we had company in the room. A roach was in the sink and several bugs and little roaches came in from outside. The breakfast was not good either. We took a cup of coffee and smelled like cologne. So weird! After being in a lot of hotels in this category, this is the first one in which we are not comfortable. Maybe it was because we were not lucky with the room, don't know. But, it has been an awful experience.

Staff is ftriendly, courteous

Bed was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of clean towels.

Other guess ran in and out all types of time at night. Guess hanging in hallway on phones. Loud phone music playing in hallway. Not safe due to area and sketchy guess. The smell of drugs being used in hotel. My tub had cigarette burns. Used coffee grounds or what look like coffee grounds was on the table from previous guess. Called the front desk about the noise and got no results. My husband and I checked out and went to a more better hotel for the night just to get sleep. No way we would have made it back to NJ with the restless night we had at your hotel.

The location was great for the places I needed to travel.

The air conditioner was dirty. They should clean the filter and slats.
