家族で、ゆったりと気兼ねなく過ごせました。2泊しましたが洗濯して浴室乾燥がパワフルで4人分の衣類も一晩で乾くので助かりました。ライブの後は歩いてホテルに戻れるし、キャナルシティにも歩いて行ける距離。近くにはコンビニやスーパーもあり便利でした。

チェックインする時のタブレットが壊れており、直接電話が必要だった事を事前に教えて欲しかったです。たまたま通りかかった宿泊者に教えてもらい解決しました。部屋の掃除が行き届いていないので、部屋の隅やテレビ裏にはホコリやゴミがありました。

設施設備齊全，有吸塵器、洗衣機、熱水壺、電磁爐、微波爐及冰箱。

隔音欠佳，我們住在一樓，會聽到樓上住戶說話走動或搬動家具行李的聲音。 連續住宿雖未提供清潔可以理解，但建議能多提供毛巾浴巾。

入り口のタブレットは故障しており、スムーズに入室出来なかった。 全体的に清掃が行き届いていない印象。 5人の宿泊で予約しているのにバスタオルやアメニティは4人分しか無かった。

Location was okay. Our taxi driver had difficulty finding it though. A reasonable walk to the station/subway. Lawsons and 7Eleven convenience stores around the corner. We had cooking facilities - stove, microwave, kettle. The bathroom and laundry were good and the bathroom had a drying function which was great for drying our washing.

We were not aware that it was unmanned check in until the morning of our arrival when we received 3 emails mostly in Japanese about the process. Google translate would only translate the first page so we had to do each page separately to answer the questions. Once done however, it all worked perfectly when we got there. The apartment was very dark, almost no natural light. We had to turn lights on the whole time. The balcony was a space about 2 metres by 1 metre surrounded by a high wall. No view , just a besser brick wall. We also were not aware of the bedding arrangements. Downstairs a single bunk bed over a fold out divan. Up a 3.5 metre ladder was a loft bedroom with 3 futon mattresses. We are a couple in our late 60s. Ladders are not good for us. My husband slept in the top bunk. He climbed upstairs and got a futon and bedding which I spread out on the divan. Although there were cooking facilities, the only equipment was 1 frypan, 1 saucepan and 5 plastic cups. There were no plates, no glasses, no cutlery or chopsticks. No bowls. We had to buy paper plates at the local convenience store. Out of the 6 places we stayed in Japan it was the most expensive and the least attractive.

The size of the room is good, the bathroom dry mode for the clothes was very useful. The location was ok. The check in system was very easy.

The room was very dusty, so we had to vacuum upstairs and downstairs, it seemed no one clean the floor. There was a nice kitchen but no plates and no cutlery, just a few glasses..

Facilities are complete. Cozy. Keyless.

Difficult to use appliances because no translation or manual how to use.

Easy to check-in and it is a short walk away from malls and train station so navigating around from the location is not difficult. There is a kitchen, washing machine and plenty of futon so you can book this accommodation if you have >4 pax. There is also a convenience store 5 mins away and Donki is about 15 mins walk away.

Heater was not really strong so it was quite cold.
