This was a great weekend with long time friends to celebrate a birthday and ring in the new year. The town house was super clean and all the room we needed. Would definitely like to return saratoga springs is one of our favorite places

We had a great stay at Lydia's Saratoga townhouse. It was nice having a garage to park our car. All the appliances worked well and were easy to figure out . A nice plus was being able to bring our dog. Would like to return sometime for a longer stay.

This is the only place we stay in Saratoga Springs. Wonderful space and host. Thank you!

My friends and I had a great stay at Lydia’s home! Wonderfully cleaned and maintained. It was very comfortable and well located to both the wedding venue at the lake and downtown Saratoga Springs! The accommodation was clean, convenient, and in great proximity to the lovely Saratoga Springs Park with wonderful walking trails and gorgeous scenery. Wonderful restaurants are only a short jaunt away as well as good shopping. Our host was easily accessible and very helpful. This was a nice spot for a short three day vacation.

We had a wonderful stay for a family weekend for two adult couples. Loved the location - hiking trails through the wonderful Saratoga Spa State Park and an easy walk into the charming town of Saratoga Springs made this an ideal location for us. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. En suites for each couple was a great bonus. Our host was so helpful with tips and recommendations and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. No problem for us, but the proximity to town does come with a moderately trafficed road so be prepared for some light road noise. Parking was perfect - use of the garage and driveway worked well. I do heartily recommend this VRBO!

This is a very cute townhome close to all the major attractions in Saratoga Springs. My older daughter and I stayed for a weekend and it met our needs very well. We each had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the size of the townhome was just right for our purposes. The kitchen has the basics for preparing/serving simple meals. It is nicely decorated and kept very neat and tidy. And Lydia was very responsive to any questions I had. The location is actually a benefit and a bit of a con. The town home sits on a very busy road - Rt 50. It is a major road through this area accommodating a lot of automobile traffic as well as tractor trailers, construction vehicles, etc. In addition there is a major building project going on across the street. This was the only drawback for me as I like quiet. I recognize this would not be of concern for most people, but if you are looking for a serene spot, this might not meet your needs.

Lynne's townhouse is super clean and a well oiled machine, she thinks of everything, right down to towels left for your four legged family members dirty paws! I have two dogs who did not travel with me but we appreciated the fact that they were left for us! Very spacious and comfortable for me, my husband and my adult daughter. LOVED that each bedroom had their own bathroom within the room(s).Excellent location!!!!! I was there for a 30th surprise birthday and had never been to the area....would go again and contact Lynne (Lydia). Dee S.& Family

Ad didn't mention that bedrooms are on the 2nd FL with very steep stairs (15). Small bedroom had very unpleasant pet smell. Had to buy new pillows and pillowcases

Great location for attending concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Perfect for two couples, easy walk to the Saratoga Spa State Park. Will stay again next time we are in town!

Our stay was perfect!! We stayed with another couple for a concert at SPAC. The location was so convenient to everything. The townhouse interior was so clean and we loved the set up and decor. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!!

Exactly as advertised, clean, good location. Only issue was a bit of road noise, but not anything too significant.

The property was clean, convenient to Saratoga Park and downtown shopping and restaurants, and it was as pictured. Property manager Lydia's communication was great. A few more amenities in the kitchen, living room (another comfortable chair), and bedroom (no closet in one of them) would have been good to have.

We stayed here for graduation weekend at Skidmore and it was a perfect location. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Lydia was very easy to work with as well. Thanks !

This townhouse/condominium was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We felt it was very convenient to town, racetrack, colleges, and Saratoga lake. The owner was accessible and the instructions were simple and clear with regards to arrival and departure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Would have never known it was a pet friendly spot. Super clean, great interaction with Lynne. No time to use the park access but a big plus. We visit Saratoga 2-3 times a year...this is my new go to spot!

This was our first time in the area and had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was spacious, very clean, and convenient to walk to the state park, downtown, and attractions. The condo was well stocked and had all the necessary items. The owner was extremely responsive to questions.

The space was plenty big for myself, husband, our 9 month old and our small dog. There is a trail behind the house that’s part of the state park but the weather didn’t cooperate with us to use it much, but that could have only made our stay better as I’m sure the walks are beautiful. Owner was very responsive and it was only a few minutes drive to downtown Saratoga which had tons to do - great restaurants, bars, and shops were so close by. Nice to have a parking spot right at the condo too.

Lynne was very accommodating at first. She then stalked the property taking photos of open windows (when heat was not on). There was a plumbing issues upon arrival. She walked into property while we were all asleep. Saw we had cats and even tho she had every opportunity to ask us to leave did not. Instead decided to allow the stay and asked us to smoke in the garage then complained aboutthe odor. She was kind enough to offer dining recommendations and then upon our departure blamed several issues that we're already there such as bleach stains and such on us . And asking for entire deposit for many basic cleaning situations. Blamed us for smoking inside even tho she asked us to smoke in garage. Went so far as to finding rock salt from the storm we weathered and falsely identified it as "the drug crack" . Mind you it was myself my fiance and three kids. None of whom smoke such a drug. Overall rude . Nasty messages continue days after departure. I purchased cleaning supplies and offered to do a departure clean and was denied stating she had someone. We took care of shoveling after the storm that came through while we were at her stay. During our rush to leave yes a few things were left messy. However that's what the cleaning fees should cover. Not ONE cigarette was smoked inside the unit. Our jackets may have stunk from going outside to smoke. Overall, ppl oor checkout experience, poor communication with Lydia. I mopped, swept , vacuumed and wiped all surfaces down daily

My husband and another couple and I had a great stay at this Vrbo. It was clean, spacious and had a great location to downtown! We loved the garage access especially in the cold icey weather. I highly recommend!

My wife, I, and our adult son stayed for three nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. The property is beautiful, sparkling clean, and spacious. Lynne was helpful and gracious. There is a beautiful park just a few feet from the door which you can walk through and get to the lively and beautiful downtown just 1.3 miles away. Highly recommended!

This townhome was awesome! Great amount of space, high ceilings, love the art work. Everything was so clean and freshly washed sheets that smelled great! The location was perfect and such a short drive into the heart of Saratoga. It was so convenient. The owner also gives amazing recommendations for restaurants. Thank you!

Stayed here with some friends as we were in town for a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The house was in a great location and perfect for our needs. Having two masters was incredibly convenient. Lydia was very responsive when called upon. We visit Saratoga Springs frequently and will definitely stay here again!
