The condo was exactly as pictured. Adequate space for our family. Loved the indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. Parking was awesome! Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy other amenities. Loved that all consumables were furnished. We loved the beautiful view through the large windows in LR and master bedroom.

The apartment and fixtures were very nice.. However, the apartment was infested with roaches!! We left and returned home early due to our personal safety concerns..It was ATROCIOUS!!

We wanted to be able to park the car & go up in the elevator. We wanted room for 5 adults. We wanted to look out on the beach and to walk out to the beach. We got all of that in our unit.

This property was as description stated. Management response was very timely and helpful. All nine of use enjoy our stay.

The condo is exactly as shown in the photos on the Verbo site. The condo was very well maintained. Very clean and nicely decorated. Large and comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we settled in. Very quiet area, good for adults, close enough (car ride) to restaurants and "South" Myrtle beach for the kids. We had a really great stay and definitely will rebook this unit forsure.

We had a group of 8 that came for a golf weekend. The golf course condos we usually stay in were booked and I’m so glad they were. This property in a great location and is very well kept. The views are great and the outdoor pool hot tub area was nice. I would highly recommend this for any group. Would definitely stay here again.

The family and I loved the stay here. It was beautiful and clean. The decor was gorgeous. The place was very spacious. We had 5 adults and 3 kids with us. It was enough room for all of us to spread out or come together to hangout.

The condo was spacious, pretty clean, and well decorated. The main TV was problematic at first, but a call to the property manager rectified the situation by the next day. The other three TVs worked just fine. Trash disposal was convenient. We brought toiletries for our week stay to include additional toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue boxes. There was not a hair dryer present and should be stated in the check-in accommodation email. Kitchen utensils were well stocked and we brought our own containers for food storage. Beds were comfortable. Hallway facing rooms were rather cold during the low outside temperatures. Location was convenient to all Myrtle Beach attractions with easy access to the beach for pleasant ocean-side strolls. Sliding patio door did not lock. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. I would suggest to the property managers that they send the property arrival details 1 week prior to arrival instead of 3 days in order to accommodate those who are doing a road trip to the property instead of flying to Myrtle Beach. The only real complaint, was that the master bedroom was not quiet due to noise of tenants above/adjacent to us moving chairs every night from 11 pm to 1 am nightly. One chair in the master bedroom and fold-able luggage racks would also be a nice addition for condo guests.

We checked in on Saturday and noticed there was water seeping up under the floor when we walked on it. So we called the property management company and they said they'd send someone out. Which they did the next day, he walked around looked couldn't see any obvious leak and left. Day 2 we realize the dishwasher is broken next day they come look at it and walk out with out saying anything. Day after that they come back because the downstairs neighbor is complaining there is water coming in from the unit above (Which is our unit) property manager comes in and leaves the door unlocked so in walks the downstairs tenet uninvited into our unit. They finally find the leak and the rest of our vacation was spent with people in and out of our unit all day and industrial fans and dehumidifiers running all day to dry the place out. While this was obviously needed it may have been able to be avoided if they had taken the day 1 complaint seriously. I called the property management company to let them know how I felt about our vacation being seriously interrupted and inconvenienced and he said I'm very sorry. I said is there nothing else you can do? He said ill have to call the property owner and see if they'll allow any discounts or type of compensation. One week post check out and no-one has reached out. AND nothing was done to compensate for all the hassle and noise we endured on our very expensive vacation!

We loved being right on the ocean, the condo was perfectly laid out. Gave us all our own privacy. Beach was not as crowded as Florida. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for our family.

Great roomy condo, nice outdoor pools, easy access to the beach. Starter kit was great. Nice flat screen TVs. Easy to get a elevator and luggage cart. Only downside was no restrooms in the pool area, had to go back to the room.
