Other than a little construction going on right next to the property, everything was great!

The walk was a little far to the gondola but was not bad. It used to be shorter before the new building construction. I think once construction is completed the walk will be shorter again. I never needed anything or had to speak with management which is just how I like it. Thanks and I’ll stay here again!!

Fantastic snow, great condo location, had everything we need, the springs is our favorite building. The construction doesn’t bother us bc we ski all day. Love the hot tubs and the ski school. Only recommendation: put that the condo has a crock pot in the listing so folks know before grocery shopping. We love led that it had a crockpot and would have used it even more if we had known!

Our was good. Enjoyed the view and the short walk to the stores and restaurants.

Very Misleading! We arrived on Friday the 8th only to discover there was no AC in the unit. We were informed by the property manager to open the windows. This would have been somewhat beneficial had there been screens on or bedroom window as well as the door to the deck. We thought we would look at the scenic view from our balcony (as pictured in the booking) only to find there was a large crane and a massive construction project going on. We went down to the beautiful pool area (As described in the booking) only to find it had been closed September 5th and would not reopen until September 15th. We contacted the management again and we’re told it was not there problem since we booked through VRBO. After trying to get the fan in the main area to work, with no success and removing dirty clothes from under one of the beds, we contacted a night manager who told us they would send someone the next morning with screens for the windows, clean towels and would do another cleaning if the room. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER DONE! When we finally got to speak with someone at VRBO I spent 45 min only to be disconnected and not called back. I called and spent 30 min more telling my issues and was told someone would call me later. As we checked out someone from VRBO told us we should call the owners and see what they say. We told them that was their job and they contacted the owners who refused to refund anything. They said it was in the contract for no AC! Never staying at Summit Property again

We had a great time. The kids love the pool and the condo was perfect for 2 families with 2 kids each. Can’t wait to come back!

Coffee pot did not make 12 cups very well (Overflowed coffee grounds?)Carpets could be updated especially where carpet meets bathroom tiles, seems to be an issue? Had No issues with WiFi and or connections to TV. Large enough for family of 4, even though there were 3 of us, we had extended family in other Springs condos that would visit, great large table for family games and meals.Parking was easy, however the road leading in was annoying at times due to the construction going on, bumpy road.Pool was great for the kids, when opened.Easy access to Gondola and The Village.

Everything was great. The only downfall is the construction that is happening right outside the window. Construction starts early in the morning and it’s not something you cannot sleep through. The new building is going to be right in the way of the mountains and the view. Sad!! Otherwise, we had a great time and the summit county mountain property managers are the best!!

Parking/check-in are a bit confusing and it was hard to get to the parking garage because of the ongoing construction. Construction woke us up at or before 6 AM every day.Our room didn't smell great when we first checked in and it wasn't clean under the beds/furniture but otherwise was fine. The property manager was responsive when we requested a broom- there wasn't one when we checked in, but it proved essential. The trashcan is broken and was never fixed. Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Blocked you from walking to the River run shops. The construction equipment started outside our window at 6:45am! Only one elevator worked in the building which was terrible when you had your ski boots on and had to take the stairs. So most complaints are about the building itself, our actual unit was nice and clean and we enjoyed it. (Need to repair the Keurig).

This unit is OK, not great. There is a major construction project happening directly outside the windows/deck that is between the unit and the slopes. This means noise from heavy equipment, an ugly view, and a much longer walk all the way around the job site to get to the slopes. The unit is in need of some maintenance - one broken recliner, a window that wouldn't close all the way, and a thermostat that would not contro the heat so the unit was too hot and we needed to open the window or deck door to cool off, letting in more construction noise. We liked the square footage and the third full bathroom. We would choose a different location if we return to Keystone.

This year we had a fold down bed in living room for kids with bathroom which was amazing. Unit had lots of nice appliances ( double oven, crock pot, keurig). Management company was prompt to any questions or concerns. Lots of construction behind building but still have great view and waking bath to gondola was easy- we even saw two moose right off the path!

The entire river run resort is amazing and fun. The stay at the Springs was great. The only down side is the construction directly behind the condo which closes the bridge between the building and the main business area. It would have been nice to know that there was construction that caused our group to travel additional distances to go around the construction site. Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

The designated parking spot in the basement was probably the best part, but being able to walk to the slopes any time was the real gem. Maybe a 10 minute walk and you're good to go. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room.

The property itself was great. But we booked this property base off the easy and short access to the gondola. Come to find out the access is blocked due to new construction. If we would have known this we wouldn't have booked it. We had kids with us and didn't want to have to pack everything I to the cars again and drive and re park to get to the ski resort. We could have saved a couple hundred dollars and stayed somewhere else. And the property manager said they just found out a day before we showed up that the construction blocked the access. The construction had to of been going on for a couple weeks. So either they don't check out their own properties or just leaving the descriptions and pictures wrong to keep people booking. They did give us a parking pass ($25 and they tried to get us to pay for it) for the second car but you have to park the second car a few miles away from the property. Vrbo asked how many vehicles you will have but it's pointless because the property only allows 1. Would I choose to stay here again. Probably not. There are nicer properties that have multiple parking spots and since you can't ski in or out or even walk to the gondola without having to walk pretty far might as well stay somewhere else.

The place was lovely but there was construction going on outside our window. We were awakened early Sat morning from the noise. I would have chose a different location had I known that. I would stay there again after the construction is finished.

Perfect place to end our CO trip. Check in was seamless. Condo was great and had a beautiful view of the slop. Too bad they are building right in front and that view will not last long. Very nice restaurant area walking distance from the room. Loved how easy it was to get to great hiking and art 70.

When you have multiple people there from different parts of the state you tend to have multiple cars. Need to provide permits for additional cars to park overnight in the River Run lot.

Easy to reserve, some property disclosures were not made until 2 days out. Fire alarm malfunctioned late at night. We called the number and property manager arrived quickly to resolve the issue. She called and had air tested, and had maintenance replace all alarms in the unit.

Always a great time! Bacon & Bourbon Festival. Thank goodness they opened the bridge into the village for the festival. Check in was sooo easy with the new code system!!
