Very helpful and informative staff. Netflix and Amazon Prime movies included. Quiet room with large windows and full sized fridge with utensils and cook-top.

Chain smoker near reception area. Stairs were cluttered and difficult to walk up or escape in case of emergencies.

Excellent location with convenient access to popular spots in the city. The room was the ideal size and had all the essentials, such as a refrigerator, kitchen, water, etc. Room was completely quite and convenient for a couple's quick getaway.

The apartment was perfect with everything on hand if you wished to cook. Numerous cafe's close by and a shopping mall within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter is only a 35,000vnd grab taxi away which I have stayed in many occasions. Glad I chose this apartment and the young lady on reception (Ngọc Anh) was extremely helpful many thanks. Overall worth every penny, from the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness to reception. See you again before and after my visa run.

I extended first stay to use the room for 3 hours more before we went to the airport. I would not go back to this place, with this price and this service, as I already mentioned on other booking.

the only reason I chose this place is because it is close to my mum house and she asked me to stay close. I moved few days after and cancel my booking as it is not as good as advertisement on Booking.

But the room doesn't meet what they advertise. The automatic cleaner installed in the toilet doesn't work, except in room 601. The water-pressure in room 603 is not strong enough, so during the time I was taking shower, it stopped, and I had to wait for few minutes to have water to wash my hair and body again. When I asked to change room, the receptionist refused, even I stayed 5 days there. And they still have time to change my room to other room. Their price during this time of COVID is double to 3 times more expensive than hotel in the old quarter in Hanoi. I couln't go further because my mum lives a street nearby. Otherwise I would not pay this price. Finally, I still had to move because I cannot even have shower correctly. You will be surprised to see the handle of water tap is covered with blue limestones and was inoxided already. I thought it was dirty. Pictures are not always what you will have in real.
