Dan was amazing with communication and the overall space was mostly as described.
Positives:
The place is right across the street from the water park and walking distance from a really nice park.
The place is very large with plenty of space to spread out.
The desk is very large with speakers, lights and firepit. Great for adults after the kids went to bed.
The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn't have any issues finding what we needed.
Negatives:
The place is more outdated than we expected.
One bathroom is the utility closet.
The main road outside is way busier than we expected making the large bedroom very noisy at all times of the day.
The desk is rough and several of us got splitters. Wear shoes.

We found Storm Lake as a meeting spot between the Twin Cities and Omaha. Our 2 families spent the weekend at the beach and waterpark and this home was in the perfect spot for both. Great weekend!

Great house and lovely patio for large group to socialize. Right across the street from kings Pointe where the kids had a great time!! The Regatta restaurant there was also very good and handy. Lots of supplies in kitchen such as spices, coffee, condiments in fridge, lots of towels. All was great… only negative might be no washer/dryer. We had a short stay so it wasn’t really necessary.

Our group was a little to big for this place. Open space was good for hanging out. Not the most comfortable couches/futon. The deck was a great spot for late evening lounging. Very good location for Storm Lake. Really enjoyed our selection of activities.

The location was great. We were right next to the water park, the beach, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. A lot of space for everyone especially for a two year old to run around in. Great space outside for grilling and a gas firepit. The property manager quickly answered text on where extra supplies were located and how to unlock the door when I was have trouble with it.

The property was great, close to a water park and a large lake, the only draw back, when I originally booked this home it said there was a downstairs with recreational game s, this was suppose to be a gathering for a family wedding. Once I arrived and found out we only had 1 level we had to change our plans... We did enjoy our stay, just wish the booking matched what we ended up getting.

Perfect location for kids and adults water park and lake across the street and good restaurants in town Boated two days on the lake and really enjoyed it Good boat ramps and an easy lake to navigate Owner was great and very easy to work with

We enjoyed the VRBO and it’s location in Storm Lake. Many memories were made on the huge deck and outdoor bar area. Kings Pointe and the mini golf course game were great. The ice cream shop in the strip mall below the VRBO was delicious. I’d recommend this host and location!

Great For 2 families of 4!
Great property in a great location with waterpark across the street, playground and beach within a 5 minute walk. We were in town for a family reunion and it was the perfect spot for two families of four to stay. Lots of space with all things necessary to cook and prepare meals. Great outdoor space as well! Owner easy to communicate and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Great Time With Family
The property manager was easy to work with. I thought it might be a tight squeeze with the number of family members staying but honestly we had plenty of space. We were never lacking for a place to eat, play games or sit around and chat. The listing was certainly accurate. Loved the deck and fire pit. Spent both evenings out there. Was able to walk across the street and enjoy the water park. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation
Every year my sister and I pick a VRBO to stay at with our immediate families. Our children are 13,12,3 and 1. This place was absolutely perfect. Great house, easy location, super cold AC (very important to my family) a million delicious restaurants and cafes near by! Definitely stay here and don’t forget to go to the waterpark that you can literally walk to in one minute.

Great location & accommodations
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. A+ location with the lake, waterpark, mini-golf, coffee shop all within short walking distance, and grocery store only about a mile away. Refrigerator & kitchen cabinets were stocked with condiments, spices & some canned/boxed goods. Especially impressed with the host's attention to my questions...for example, the Roku stick was missing and within an hour it was replaced. Highly recommend!

PERFECT FAMILY GET-AWAY
Location, location, location! This property is definitely situated to make your stay convenient to all the local amenities. Water park , miniature golf, beach, parks all right within walking distance. It was the perfect spot for our 2 daughters and their families to stay with us and enjoy good quality family time. The open floor plan and the huge covered deck with fire pit really make nice gathering spots for meals, games and just hanging out. The bedrooms are very spacious, the kitchen has good basic pantry supplies, and nice bathrooms with towels. Everything is in good condition and is just how they advertise. You will not be sorry that you stayed here.

Place was nice, clean and back patio great for a group! Unfortunately oven did not work so cinnamon rolls and egg casserole were ruined for the morning of the wedding, luckily great coffee shop was right next door!!
